Hotels near Shoin Shrine, Tokyo

Two tiny UHL milks in the room, but a Nespresso machine. 1 English breakfast bag, It was a double room, I did tell reception and went to the cafe the second day and asked for some fresh milk to take to my room and they obliged. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, such tiny pots of Bircher muesli and yoghurt, a fruit salad would have been nice or some bananas but the French omelette they made made was very nice, not work $40 odd Aust though overall, but I just went as it was convenient. Overall I don’t think the hotel warranted the cost the one I stayed in Kobe where I had a bigger room with a view was a third of the price! I didn’t like Tokyo much, it was too big, too much traffic and I realised I am not a bit city person any more. I can’t want to get back to my quiet country town in NSW which lots of Fresh air. The pollution in big cities like this upsets my sinuses. I did visit some lovely gardens in other places which were not crowded and found the people very polite and I always felt safe walking around.

If u r strictly spending time in Shibuya, this is the best hotel to stay. Checkin at L4, restaurents at L2 & L3. You can walk to the Sky, Yoyogi nite food street, Crossing, Hachiko(Dog), shopping, mall, Express train to Aport, Circle Metro etc.. Fantastic Ramen @L2. The room is quite large for downtown Tokyo. Good size toilet.

The beds were the most comfortable I’ve stayed in on 4 months of travelling!!! The location was super quiet but really close to the centre

Amazing attention to detail that made the stay even more relaxing: turndown service, delicious complementary coffee in room, welcome drink, inventive and tasty cocktails in the guest exclusive hotel bar). The immediate surrounding area was very atmospheric and had plenty to do. Recommend getting a reservation at Fuku nearby in particular- we ended up going twice! Friendly and helpful staff who helped us organise reservations, luggage transfer, and gave tips (Tsubasa's 'plan your next day whilst relaxing in the hot tub' tip deserves a special mention). We would go back in a heartbeat (and hope to one day!)

Location is the best. Good value for money and brand new hotel. It’s tokyo so expect the rooms to be small.
