Very helpful, friendly. Rooms were large and plenty of amenities. Great location right near Tokyo station and with shopping and restaurants just outside the hotel. Perfect base to explore from using the trains.

Excellent location, rooms small but good condition and as advertised. Breakfast has limited opening hours and we were disappointed that it featured no local dishes, not even Japanese tea.

Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and boasts gorgeous rooms in a classical European style.
