First the location. It’s 10min walk from Nippori station which is a JR station and directly linked to the Yamanote Line (the loop line in Tokyo with which you can stop at most of tourists attraction). There are also many restaurants around the hotel that are worth to try and a very good bakery! (Not very Japanese but worth the try!). There are many facilities around the hotel too (coin laundry, konbini) and the neighborhood is very calm and has a traditional atmosphere with Yanaka district near by.
Second, the hotel in itself. A big room for Japanese hotel, comfortable and well organized with the hotel necessities. A shared living room with a Japanese traditional style (tatami but also benches) very cozy and convenient (drinks, tableware, kitchen needs… provided) where you can meet other guests and have a little chat and there is a smoking area.
Finally, the staff who was absolutely amazing and adorable!!! Not a standard Japanese hospitality (which can be seen a bit distant) but a very friendly staff with super good advices!! Thanks to them we had a blast in Tokyo! We will definitely come back if we need to go to Tokyo again and we recommend it 100%!

It's close to the station and from here it is easy to reach the most important touristic points. It's also quite convenient to reach from the airport! Furthermore this price can't be beaten for the position. Everything was clean and you even get a private ofuro that you can reserve ahead. Finally, the staff is super helpful and kind!

The staff were wonderful and made me feel very welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast in the morning was excellent.
