We absolutely loved our stay at KaiKa. Tokyo was very cold and rainy during our visit and to return to our warm, comfortable, quiet accommodation was just bliss. Exceptional service within a calm, comfortable environment. Highly recommend staying here, the art installations are a bonus!

The room was bright and clean — we liked the combination of western and Japanese styles! It was also well furnished and had everything we needed. Even though we were in the middle of the city, the room was very quiet.

The location was pretty quiet, we sleep very good. I like the size of the room and the beds.

Loved it here! We had lunch at the Kirby Cafe.
Loved it here! We had lunch at the Kirby Cafe. Reservations are a challenge, but worth it for the incredibly themed place and food. (Watch YouTube videos for reservation tips.) The shopping was so fun! A Kirby store, Pokemon Center, Marvel store, and a Harry Potter Pop-up store were favorites. You could easily spend all day shopping!

The best spot to get a city view, and you can see Mt Fuji on a clear day. THE best attraction for 360 degree views and worth the fee. I wouldn't bother with any of the other fee paying viewing attractions, like the Tokyo Tower of Fuji Observatory. Go for sunset. There's no time limit for staying up there and it has a bar. Not many places to sit down

Nice view and nice insta photo spots.
Nice view and nice insta photo spots.
Tip 1: Take the 1st batch of the day. It will be little crowd and you can have plenty space and time to take photo. The staff will not chase you out.
Tip 2: Alternatively, can choose between evening and spare about 2 hours to experience day view and night view.

The decision to do the galleria (combo) was somewhat difficult. To justify the additional cost, and after reading reviews that suggested buildings become blurry at that height.
I can confirm that although impressive at 450 meters, it did not feel more special than at 350 meters. The definition of the city became diminished at that height. However, the separate elevator did add to the experience.
If you are likely to get FOMO, just book the combo (if not, you will pay a premium there). If you cannot justify paying more than necessary to enter - take comfort knowing your aren't missing out on too much.

Tokyo Skytree has the highest observation decks in the city, but that is basically all. It can become very crowded and it is quite far from most interesting places. I enjoyed the outdoor observation platform of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower much more for example and other nice observation decks are even free.

Well worth a visit - day or night this place is perfect.
Well worth a visit - day or night this place is perfect. We went both in the morning, then came back at night to see Tōkyō in lights. Pay the extra cost for the 450m access - the views are spectacular.
Keep an eye out for the lifts - we saw all 4, a beautiful touch to the experience.

The hotel is a great location. Remarkable views of the skyline from your bed. Floor 35 facing out to Tokyo Skytree. Very comfortable selection of cosmetics.
Everything was brand new. Hospitable English speaking reception. There were extra bath towels at the reception. Close to Asakusa station, Senso-Ji temple and not far from Tokyo Skytree.
Very nicely placed hotel, our room had Tokyo Skytree view. Very good service and flexible staff. The room was a bit ‘tired’ with damaged wallpaper, scratched furniture, noisy fridge. The laundry dryer needs at least 2 hours to dry the clothes. Other than that, nice location (close to JR and subway) and overall it’s a great value for money.
Excellent location. Just 5 mins walking distance to the metro stations. Easily accessible to anywhere in Tokyo.
Able to see Tokyo Skytree in front of hotel.
Fantastic location in a lovely area with lots of places to eat and very close to the station. The apartment was spacious and very clean with an amazing view of the Tokyo Skytree. No access to the rooftop but the balcony had a great view. Wonderful facilities.
The location of the accommodation is very good. You can stand and take pictures on the bridge. Behind you can see the river, the hostel and Tokyo Skytree. It is also convenient to travel. The accommodation is clean and safe. The staff are friendly.
Clear instructions to access apartment. Fantastic location. Everything you need within a few minutes of walking. Excellent view of Tokyo skytree. Cannot fault this property. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Senso-ji and excellent shopping 5mins walk. Train station 10mins (with 3kids in tow). Easy to get around on the train.
We stayed in the top-floor apartment, which was small but had everything we needed — futons and blankets for 4 people, and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was quiet and very well located, close to the Tokyo Skytree. Perfect for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!
Love the location since it's near the train station. The view of the Tokyo Skytree from the room was great! The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful, shout out to the staff lady at the breakfast place. Only down part was that public bath is not available for women during weekdays Mon- Thurs, even though they do provide you free access to public bath in another hotel around 10mins walk away.
What’s not to like about this hotel? The location is excellent, 5 minutes away from two major stations, 15 minutes from Haneda airport on the Tokyo monorail. Right on its doorstep there’s a Family Mart for everything you need, a multitude of restaurants and bars around, the Tokyo Skytree a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are small but they’re small everywhere in Tokyo so don’t expect much in that regard. It’s spotlessly clean and the service is as you would expect in Japan. Will definitely stay here again.
