Ahmed and all the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us a link to a WhatsApp page they had set up with all the information required about Chefchauon with Google map links showing you the various locations and how to get there. We followed their recommendation to a restaurant in the Medina and had some wonderful traditional Moroccan food. The hotel is well placed only a short walk to the main square and the old Medina and, most importantly, had secure undercover parking for our motorbikes! The hotel was a traditional building with lots of character, our room was very comfortable and clean.and the breakfast on the roof terrace was excellent.

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful view from our balcony over the medina. All the staff, especially at reception, were very helpful and went out of their way to give us a wonderful stay. Very clean.
