The man who checked us in was incredibly helpful. He upgraded us to a suite room, which was wonderful with two young children. He also made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay with the children - cot, extra bed and asked if there was anything else we may have needed.
We liked the facilities and used the pool and kids club. It was a shame the kid’s club was not open on Mondays.
The breakfast buffet was very nice and they had high chairs and kid’s cutlery.
We used the free shuttle from the sands next door to get to and from the ferry and over to Cotai.
The suite room was spacious and comfortable. They had provided us with kids amenities.

Overall, a great staycation! The children’s pool is not heated. The staff in the club lounge had minimal English. One bedroom club suite room size was very large.

The hotel is absolutely lovely and impecable. Feels like a trip to past without forgetting the confort and standards of modern hotels. Attention to detail is obvious everywhere.
