Great staff, comfortable rooms and very well equipped. The decoration is modernist, clean style and carefully designed. I love staying there. It is a great experience. I strongly recommend.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and met my expectations. My sister & I were there to see the production of "Shen Yun" and were able to walk to the theater. The free breakfast was also wonderful with an array of choices. The only thing I had a problem with was their parking. There's no self parking & on the app, they kept charging me for multiple nights without being able to make a correction. All in all, it was a beautiful hotel and I'd stay again.

The ac in the room was TERRIBLE, no air flow at all. We didn’t sleep at all because of this. The room was VERY HOT even with it set on high fan and at 60 degrees since we could get into the room.
Gave us the wrong key upon arrival making several trips to the front desk with luggage very difficult.
