This was our second time staying at Hotel Revival. The team consistently exceeds my expectations. I feel like a local when I stay at this hotel because it's clear they're deeply connected and committed to the local community. From featuring local artisans in the lobby for purchase to the local artists featured in each room and the hallway, the experience is purely Baltimore from start to finish. No detail is spared and the attention to each guest is unparalleled. They treated us like family and were incredibly generous with their time and patience for our families unique needs. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were perfect. Hotel lobby bar and little bistro was great after a long day of travel. We didn't want to go out into the city after traveling a long day but definitely wanted to unwind with a cocktail and a small bite to eat before retiring for the night.
The valet was prompt and efficient. The front desk was beyond pleasant and friendly. Went out of their way to explain everything and even offered to show us some neighboring restaurants that delieved because our arrival was later than expected and they knew the restaurant in house would be shortly closed. We especially loved the water station in the main lobby. We found it refreshing and needed after our long drive.
