The rooms were Clean. The Family rooms were spacious. The rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was adequate however some vegetarian options should be provided.

Fantastic location. So close to everything. The hotel is nice - cozy, clean. The breakfast that's included is superb and a great start to the day. Most of all - all of the staff is amazing, especially Hong, the sales manager. She went out of the way to organize not only our trips in Hanoi but even at our next stop in Da Nang, saving us quite a bit of money in the process. She did everything via Whatsapp so it was really easy to stay in touch with her and she was very responsive.
