I spoke to the owner at 8:30 pm the night before to tell her I was coming at 4 o’clock the next day. Period. When I arrived the room has been given to someone else because they said I have not prepaid. I received nothing from them asking me to pre-pay. As a risotto wasted hours trying to find another place.

Really quaint old wooden house typical of Valparaiso. Very clean throughout. Staff so helpful even lending Chilean Peso’s in case we wanted to use the funicular. Very accommodating to our early breakfast request. Would have liked to have stayed longer.
