The guest house is located on Elepantine island, opp. to Assuan.
As there are no cars or no tuktuk on the island, one can only WALK across the island OR you take a boat around the island to be able to reacht to the guest house you have booked.
spacious Terrace with sand floor and coloured plastic chairs:
right at the Nile river, overlooking the Nile and facing the neighbouring island.
Room:
our room was rather a part of an apartment with two bathrooms, one kitchen, a hallway and two friges. There was a balony two, but it was not so clean. Bathroom was equipped with soap, many hooks, lots of space.
Only 500m away is the IBIZA guest house - a lovey painted terrace restaurant with friendly, open smiling people, bright atmosphere, good food - a 100% change of the dull atmosphere at Hamo House.
Offering river views, Nubian Beach - حسن فوكس in Aswan offers accommodation, a garden, a private beach area, a terrace and a bar.

The view was amazing beautiful place.it was away from the noise in town on its own on nice and quiet.only few minutes boat ride what I enjoyed everyday.the owner couldn't do enough for us.brought breakfast and tea and bottles of water.
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Nile river side, independent lodge type room, pool, restaurant, are standardly nice as a resort hotel. however the price shown at the booking com was not fair.
Breathetaking PLACE!
Amazing View in front of Philae Temple ,THE Best place in Nubia when you can eat and admire the wonderful Isis Temple & the Nile .
The crew are just super kind and helpful.. we felt like at home.
Food is local and organic from the garden of the lodge . Dinner time is magic when you can hear the songs of Isis temple show by night !!
Full immersion in Nubia culture - 1000% recommanded
The location is great, away from the noise in Aswan. Having breakfast with a view of Philae Temple is super. Room furniture is basic but has all one needs. Staff is friendly and correct. Kitchen at Eco Nubia served us the best food of our trip. Breakfast is local Nubian food, interesting and very tasty. Mohammed organized us a boat each time we wanted to leave / return to the lodge - flawless communication via Whatsapp. We loved our stay.
The view from our room and from the outdoor dining area was spectacular. The meals were delicious. The staff prepared a great box breakfast for the days we needed to leave early for sightseeing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The boat taxi to and from the lodge was quick and efficient.
The lodge is directly opposite Pilae Temple - and has a stunning view of the islands. Very easy to get to Aswan main ferry port and back. The rooms were well equipped and well put together. Breakfast was amazing with, especially with the view of Isis Temple.
