Lodge was spotless and with the bed in the open plan was something different from the norm. Staff were very helpful, went with 11 year old, 6 year old and 2 year old and they all had a ball with activities like wall climbing, ninja course (11 year old), outdoor play area at height (6 year old and 11 year old) , zip n trek junior, and the baile Beag (2 year old 6 year old. - Review scoreExcellent · 208 reviewsPortarra Lodge is a little gem, a haven of peace and tranquility on the shores of Lough Corrib. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. A generous supply of towels and very comfortable beds were very welcome. The view of the Lake from our bedroom was beautiful. The only sounds to be heard are the water birds as they take flight.
