GermanyThe staff is fantastic, seems genuinely happy to work here went well beyond the normal level of care. One of us was not feeling well and the manager on duty without hesitation led us by car to the nearby private doctor 10 minutes away.
That evening the staff also very kindly brought the meal to the room so the ill person could rest.
Beside the staff, the grounds are very beautiful, the restaurant has *excellent* food and the bar area is amazing.
We also did a boat trip which was very nice.

Very nice and kind reception by Veronica, breathtaking views on the river Cubango from the bar while spotting some hippos. Next to the restaurant, they set up a campfire where the guests could drink another glass of wine. We would book this lodge anytime afain without any doubt. Beds were comfortable, shower was working well. We took a boat trip with Manfred which we really enjoyed. I read reviews about the lodge being a whole construction site. That's just not true. It was a brilliant location-very close to the National parks. We would highly recommend the sunset cruise. The guide was excellent and again the attention to detail to ensure a truly pleasurable experience was exceptional.
