We stayed in the middle of winter but found the place to be cosy & warm - heated blankets and heaters in the living room and bathroom. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for a couple of nights stay and parking right by the front door. Great value for not much money - actually it was our best and cheapest stay during two weeks in New Zealand. Very nice kitchen with a free coffee from a coffee machine, free popcorn, free welcome scone:-) Nice personnel. Clean bathroom with cosmetics provided.
