Cozy older style studio with a comfortable bed. 2 seater couch. Kitchen was well appointed with a cook top, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Went to sleep listening to the waves lapping on the beach. Away from the road. Right on the beach and not far from eateries and shops.

Was so handy to beach and food outlets. There was a problem with the taps in both the bathroom and kitchen however staff don’t understand English and no one around to show the problem to.

The location was Excellent. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit was excellent. This motel was one of the best I have stayed in. Total value for money. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Definitely will be back and definitely will be referring to friends. Congrats to management. 👍

    The position was perfect right across from the beautiful beach. The owners were so nice and very helpful and the staff were great. Nothing was a problem. The motel was right up the street from all the restaurants and shopping.

    An older style motel but it had everything you would need and was clean and tidy. We only stayed one night, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot in the shower and it was right on the beach front so very quiet. A short drive to the main street. Lovely people in reception, very welcoming.

    We wanted a quick getaway on a Friday night and didn't want to battle traffic. We live on the North Shore so booked a night at the Orewa Motor Lodge. The booking experience was quick and easy and the access instructions were clear. We were within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants and had an enjoyable evening without worrying about driving. The room was small but clean and well equipped and the bed was comfortable.
