The charming decor, warm hospitality, and convenient location near the slopes made our short stay and experience truly unforgettable. The rooms are well spaced and the compartmentation fulfils all the needs during a ski holiday, with a changing room benefitting of heated boot rack, ski/snowboard rack and even a small area to service and wax the equipment(wax, iron, different brushes, files for tuning the edges etc. provided). Highly recommend Haus Ricarda to anyone seeking a cozy and convenient retreat in the heart of the Austrian Alps.

Perfect hotel for a relaxing stay in the Austrian Alps! The spa is amazing and we spent each afternoon lazing on one of the comfy sun loungers and taking in the stunning views from the sauna and pool. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but just a short bus journey away. The buses are every 10 mins to Innsbruck/ski slopes and always on time. The staff and restaurant were also spot on - delicious, filling breakfast each morning and great schnitzel/drinks in the evening!

This is the perfect stay for a ski holiday. It is steps away from the gondola, ski rentals and restaurants, yet tucked away for a quiet wind down, surrounded by the beautiful views of the Austrian Alps. Our room came with a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable lounge area and a huge balcony - all sparkling clean. There was a dedicated parking space for our car, too. Best part is the staff - Julia has been super helpful, providing handy tips, and support whenever we needed, always with warmth and a smile.

Ferienhaus Alpennest provided a delightful escape to the Austrian Alps, offering a blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. The chalet's charming ambiance and spacious interior provided a cozy retreat, while its convenient location made exploring Radstadt a breeze. While the owners were not present, the key-drop system ensured a seamless check-in process. Overall, Ferienhaus Alpennest proved to be an ideal getaway for those seeking a blend of tradition and comfort.

Location: the guest house is nestled in the stunning Austrian Alps with breathtaking nature. Not far from the city center, offering the best of the county side and the city Apartments: spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy. Area: well-maintained and beautifully groomed. Parking: conveniently available for guests. Walking Passes: great paths nearby for walking and exploring. There are several playgrounds also Hosts: extremely helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable

Very happy with accommodation of owners Andreas and his wife. They were super friendly and helpful with any question we had. We booked room for one night thinking we will travel and stay closer to our other destination, but we returned every night and stayed 3 nights. Breakfast and his restaurant was very good, hotel is clean and cozy. Sauna was a plus. When traveling to Austrian Alps next time, will not look anywhere else, will definitely return.

We stayed over the Christmas and New Year holiday at the Apart Stotter and it was an wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking especially for the New Year's Eve fireworks. The owners were also very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for a ski vacation in the Austrian Alps.

A beautiful and pittoresque hotel which is very easy to access from the train station and the main roads. The city centre, the ski lifts and other facilities are within a 5 minute walk. I really felt welcomed by Jolanda and her family. The service provided was excellent, absolutely no complaints. The room was clean, spacious and had a great view on the Austrian Alps, perfect to wake up to! Vielen dank für alles, Jolanda! 😊

The owners were very friendly, extremely informative and quite helpful orienting me on my first time in their mountain oasis. The location was perfect, as it was near the train station, close to the market and very close to the heart of the village. I will recommend this property to anyone I know that has a desire to spend time in the Austrian Alps. I am hopeful that I can return again in the not too distant future.

We had such a warm reception from the host, with a welcome drink and chocolates and a good explanation of the facilities. The morning bread delivery service to our apartment was an unexpected delight. The apartment itself was finished and furnished to the top standards typical of the Austrian alps. It was very, very comfortable, clean, and exceptionally well equipped. We wanted for nothing.

The amazing and wonderful staff! They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They’ve made us feel like we were at home, gave us a bunch of excellent recommendations on which slopes to hit and where to go. And to top everything off, their food is absolutely out of this world. 100000% would recommend to anyone traveling to the area for the beauty of the Austrian alps or for skiing!

We got two double rooms and two triple rooms.. The space was big and comfortable. The place is located in a small town close to the Austrian Alps and the sight is amazing. It was very quite and we got a fantastic rest during the night. The breakfast was amazing, The owners are really kind and they like to joke with guests. This is a great value to me. Highly recommended.

The sauna and spa section were great. The ice pool was really good after a day of skiing. The location of the hotel within walking distance to the Rastkogelbahn was nice although the walk was uphill. Breakfast was really good except for the drinks. We expected better juices and sparkling water, as is usually the case in such hotels in Austrian Alps.

We had an amazing stay and we will definitely come back again. Everything was perfect: the nearness of ski lifts, welcoming hosts, lovely interior of the house in Austrian mountain style. You can really experience the beauty of Austrian Alps. Also, it is possible order fresh homemade pastry, eggs, milk and yoghurt.

This was our second year here on a late spring getaway weekend. Our family is 10+ members and we've had the apartment all to ourselves. The hosts are super nice, breakfast is great and the rooms are sparkling clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Flachau is a great location to tour around the Austrian Alps.

This hotel is a special diamond in the heat of the Austrian Alps. There are so many things to like I cannot list them all; the food was exceptional at all hours of the day, and the options for activities around the lake and at the spa were great respite after big ski days. I will 100% come back again.

The location was right in the heart of the Austrian Alps. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so our view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast being included was nice and options for parking. Attentive and friendly staff and bus stop within a minute walk.
