We have been traveling across Europe for almost 2 weeks, and this is the best hotel that we stayed during our Eurotrip. The hotel is situated near a Tram/Metro station, which is very convenient if you're arriving by Train. There is also a grocery next to the hotel, helpful if you need to grab any snacks. When we first arrived in the hotel, the reception staff, Hassine, was really helpful. He provided us with a city map, gave some recommendations, and also helped us to make the overall check-in process seamless. The hotel also provide umbrella, which guest can borrow during their stay. The bedroom and bathroom were really spacious, clean, and complete with all the amenities. Really value for money considering its affordable room rate with all of its perks. Definitely will stay again here when we visit Brussels in the future.

The location is undeniably top in Brussels for both business and leisure. The Louise area is upscale, friendly, safe and well-served in all aspects ranging from commerce to transportation. The stay was so comfortable and familiar that it evoked the good old days when I lived in the area. The accommodation per se was an excellent junior suite that in effect is a well equipped apartment, decorated with clean modern classy touches, well soundproofed for extremely quiet peace of mind, whilst also endowed with plenty of natural light and spacious airy feel when opening the curtains and huge glass panels to the inspiring vibrant city outside. While I was on business with limited time to relax, it was a blessing to contemplate the gentle snowfall and sit after hectic conference days going through several of the great books present in the living room and bedroom for a nice relaxing and instructive read. Even so, make no mistake as this is not just an apartment: it is set on a fully-serviced hotel, whose excellent staff provided the exceptional care of upscale hotel service: highly attentive to one's needs, and aptly fulfilling them with utmost professionalism, which is highly appreciated. This place encapsulates the quality and rigor of a grand hotel packaged in a discrete, cozy boutique hotel, a home away from home. The flexibility and independence of fully equipped accommodations with the exceptional service and care of professional hoteliers. At this place, I found a well integrated solution that meets the best of both hotel and apartment/home concepts. With a team that is always there for you, always highly responsive, composed and caring, always striving to do their best. Great overall hotel design with amazing rooms and astonishing city view. I had a room with a bath and I would say it's a killer feature here. And the price is very low for such a great hotel.

The four-star Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre is located in the centre of Brussels, only 100 metres from Brussels Central Station and the St Michael & St Gudule Cathedral. it was clean. the reception and restaurant stuff was amazing. I will definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

The hotel was very beautiful and my stay was pleasant. Even though the room was small, it was comfortable and fitting for the length of my stay. The staff were very helpful and even with the short duration of my stay, I was very impressed. Everything at breakfast was also very tasty. Additionally the hotel offers different services, like sending the postcard.

The hotel has lovely staff and a fantastic location, and we got a pleasant surprise for our birthday. Public transport is within walking distance, and one thing that really will remind us about the hotel is the fragrance of Atelier Rebul everywhere.

Very nice finishing of the rooms. In the city center, everything is in walking distance. The hotel staff is very accommodative.

Very unique “artsy” building in a central location, close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I was worried about the self check-in at first (no reception), but Eleni was incredibly responsive when I messaged or called her. She was also very friendly and worked hard to ensure I could check in earlier than planned. I stayed in the “comic room” which was on the third floor facing away from the busier street. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed.
