The staf <3 I wanted to make reservations at spa before se went there, the team was so helpful about the details - sent us all we need to know before we arrived. We needed to check-in a bit early, they managed it for us. They upgraded our room as a treat :) and they welcomed our dog with full pleasure! And upon that, the location and view is amazing; room is clean and comfortable; pool is super clean and warm.. So in short, we liked it a lot will be back again! Thank you!

Boasting a shared lounge, bar and views of city, Batumi floor40 is situated in Batumi, 700 metres from Batumi Beach. Simply the best view that I’ve ever had in my life! Feeling like being in the sky and seeing everything on the ground! The breakfast was also tasty thanks to the head chef but you need to remember to make it earlier to the lounge since during the high season and during the rush hour it might overload. We would make it there by 8-8:30 and could always eat in peace and enjoy. Special thanks to the manger whose office is near by(just a few rooms away from each side) and he’s always available to help you. Staying here made our honeymoon memorable. If I ever come back to batumi I’m gonna definitely make it there.

My favorite at the Black Sea Coast
This is perhaps one of the best places to enjoy the sea / swimming at Ajara Black Sea Coast. The sea is clean and calm here and if you are lucky with weather (which is too rainy sometimes) then you will have an unforgettable holiday. Combination of sea and mountains makes gorgeous view. Remember to take swimming shoes because there are pebbles at the beach and in the sea. I like to accommodate at Kvariati even when I plan to be the most of the time in Batumi (which is a real seaside city with lots of people, music, cars, noise, etc). Kvariati is 12 kilometers away (15 minutes of drive), and it is a small, quite place especially during the low season, so that you can fully relax here during the evenings and nights.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is super nice and friendly, especially the cleaning ladies, who gave us tiny gifts in the form of chocolate candies every evening. The reception workers were also very helpful providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety despite it being a low season with very few guests. One day they didn’t put the trays with hot food, but the staff informed us that we can order the things we like such as fried eggs/omelet/porridge etc. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained, saunas worked, the water was warm and everything was very clean. The territory outside the hotel was also very well maintained with workers taking care of the outdoor pools and the garden. We also had dinner at the Adjara restaurant, the staff was also very nice. The food was tasty and served quickly. The lounge bar also had a variety of drinks, unfortunately not all of them were available, but the signature GPH cocktail exceeded our expectations. The SPA services provided at the hotel were also enjoyable. We booked general SPA massage with stone therapy and it was a very relaxing experience. The staff in the SPA is also nice and they even provided us a discount for all the services (but probably it was due to the low season). Overall we had a great experience celebrating my husband’s birthday there, we’d like to thank the staff for their hospitality and friendliness.

I stayed for 7 nights with my family. We booked superior triple room. Everything was just as I expected. Room was excellent. Big, comfortable and clean. Staff cleaned it everyday. Breakfast was full and delicious. There were two pools available: winter and summer. Beach is close, about 10 minutes of walking.

amazing location overlooking the sea. you can see batumi and the snow covered mountains. the building has a very cool kind of art deco vibe. big rooms and huge bathroom. the staff were kind and helpful. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. it was a very relaxing, peaceful stay and we will definitely go back.
