Appreciated the free complimentary transfer to/from ferry terminal. Staff were friendly and usually responsive over Whatsapp. Pool was nice and a good place to relax. It helped that the weather was generally good when we were there. Would recommend this hotel only if you are already planning to visit Bintan, but if you are looking for a general beachside getaway with a villa I would suggest looking at another city or country as things are quite expensive with limited activity options and transport :)

Living in a hotel / ship / museum was a new experience for us! We also had the pleasure to participate to the ship’s heritage tour and find out about its history and the long journey to its now permanent home in Bintan, meeting also Mr Eric Saw, the man behind this ambitious project. Definetly a worth while experience that made our stay in Bintan a very memorable one! It is also a very relaxing location… also the infinity pool is super nice and the staff is super friendly and ready to help out.

Room was just good, spacious enough, clean. Breakfast was most excellent, one of the best I've seen (and I've seen a lot). This hotel on Bintan is just very good. I noticed it had that reputation on the island, that's also why some friends recommended it to me, and the hotel certainly lived up to its reputation. Staff is very nice and helpful, the ones at the desk, as well as the people at the bar and kitchen. I can't imagine anything better on the island.

The resort is on the remote part of the island of Bintan. It’s been beautifully designed with traditional Indonesian straw roof. The pristine small beach is only 50 meters away, the staff are wonderful people with real empathy and and professionalism. The food is also great. If you’re either living in nearby Singapore of visiting for business you really must spent some time in this resort to destress. They also have a highly recommended spa by the river. What’s not to like?

My family and I had the best experience ever in Natra Bintan Resort. The Amazing Hotel Event Team had gone extra miles to make the birthday event extra special. The price we paid for is definitely worth it! Excellent service and hospitality! I'll definitely make plans to go back to this awesome resort! Lots of fun and we are definitely well taken care by the Amazing Hotel Staff. Thank you for the most memorable experience!

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and customize as per your choice.. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to Bandar Bintan port . I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back there.

If Paradise has a name it is Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach. Especially the staff is wonderful and so friendly it makes you want to hide from the evil world outside and stay there forever. Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There are supermarkets nearby and it's close to the Sri Bintan Pura ferry terminal. The hotel staff picked us at the terminal and the staff were helpful and polite. There is a small garden in the hotel as well. There is a food court just opposite the hotel but there are no vegetarian options. There are other vegetarian eateries at a walking distance.

We are from Singapore. We enjoyed our vacation (5D4N) at Cassia Bintan. The apartment and surroundings were well maintained. Beach and swimming pools were clean. Thumbs up for the daily breakfast at Lotus Cafe. Pleasant and delicious dining experiences at Treetop and Saffron. All staff displayed a good service attitude with their SMILES making us feel welcome and at home. [

The room, staff, pool and free shuttle transfer from the Bintan ferry terminal. The hotel grounds were good and the beds were very comfortable. The food was good too but wished for a bit more variety. Seems like there are more options during the weekend but we were there Tues-Fri. The gym looked good as did the kid's club but we did not use either.

This was our 2nd stay within 3 months at Residence Bintan and everything was perfect. I would really rate this resort/hotel as one of the best I have stayed at. Buffet breakfast is really good with plenty of options. The rooms are huge and spacious with beautiful balcony or porch and plenty of space and amenities.

The hotel, service, staff, food - everything - was perfect. It was an ideal, luxurious weekend away. I also loved the fact that when you arrive at the Bintan ferry terminal, you're taken to a private Sanchaya lounge while someone else gets your arrival visa sorted. No queues or crowds to speak of - nice touch!

Very modern and clean. Very good management. We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard. This place takes very good attention to service and quality details compared to other hotels in batam and bintan. Staffs are nice too.

The resort is located at one of the best beaches in Bintan. Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel has one restaurant that serves a decent variety of cuisine. Breakfast is decent including several made to order fare. The hotel accommodated both early check in and late checkout.

We stayed at 5 different hotels on Bintan and this was the best by far. Great staff, exceptionally clean and lots to do. Very good breakfast.

Nice place to stay in Bintan. Friendly staff. It is possible to rent the motorbike and explore the island. They also provide the bicycles.

Nice sea front hotel, located 45 min from Bintan resort ferry terminal. Super friendly and nice staff. Food OK, room OK.
