The location is great, close to all the shops. The terrace is just gorgeous with such nice view. The room we stayed in it was so nice decorated with plenty of space, pretty clean, the bed is a bit hard but I think this is pretty common in Morocco. The staff was so nice and helpful. Also we had to check out but our bus was leaving later afternoon and my husband had to still work on his laptop so they let us stay on the terrace in the meantime. The breakfast was super tasty. I recommend this place to everyone that wants to visit Chefchaouen.

Not only is Hotel Ziryab beautiful with a breathtaking view of the city, but Fouad, the owner made our stay comfortable. As Canadians, he constantly checked in if we needed anything and upgraded our room when he found out it’s our honeymoon. The food, food, coffee, and tea is just amazing if you don’t feel like going out. Anas also gave us such a warm welcome and accommodated us to utmost. He helped us when we needed a charging adapter and needed a driver back to the other cities. Hotel Ziryab is the best in Chefchaouen!

The location is great—it’s in Chefchaouen’s Medina, not far from the entrance, making it very easy to find. You can simply follow Google Maps for directions. The entire hostel is beautifully designed in the traditional Moroccan riad style, featuring Chefchaouen’s signature blue. The room is clean and comfortable, and hot water is available in the bathroom. The water pressure is strong enough for a comfortable shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi is stable. Overall, my stay was excellent.

We loved everything, especially the staff. The ladies who prepared our very yummy breakfast everyday and of course, Hamza, our front desk host who met and greeted us at the main road and walked us to the hotel. He also arranged our taxi pick up from Tangier Med ferry port and stayed in contact the entire 2hours the ferry was delayed. Perfect location. The hotel was well maintained and modern and very clean. If you are not staying at Dar Kisania when you are in Chefchaouen, you are missing out.

I had the best experience with my wife in my honeymoon in this beautiful Hotel, the facility is amazing, staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite which made my stay even more enjoyable. Loved the balcony view the Roòm service and the location of the Hotel. Very spacious and typical Moroccan apartment with private parking in walking distance of the old town. The location is great if you want to be close to the sightseeing places but not right in it. The apartment has beautiful views and our host was very welcoming and always available if needed. There are great cafes and restaurants right down the street as well. It also comes with a washing machine, which was perfect for us. We definitely recommend this place if you're in Chefchaouen!

We loved our time in Chefchaouen and that is greatly down to the place we chose to stay. We extended an extra 2 nights as soon as we arrived as we already knew we wouldn’t be ready to leave! Staff were great and create a relaxed atmosphere and were very welcoming. The room was finished to the highest standard we had had on our trip to Morocco. The view from the balcony was just perfect. Breakfast was well thought out and a nice selection, the fig jam was delicious and homemade.

Afra House is a cute boutique hotel in the heart of the medina in Chefchaouen with great views of the town and nearby rif mountains from the terraces. Nizar is a gracious host with excellent English and plenty of useful information about local restaurants and places of interest together with the history of this beautiful region of Morocco. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is authentically decorated with original features making it a hotel with lots of character.

Our host has been the most helpful, friendly and welcoming person that we have experienced on our trip to Morocco! Helped us when we got lost finding the place (our own fault) despite the language barrier, made us Moroccan tea as we arrived and has been so lovely to interact with. You would be staying in a traditional blue town house at the top of the medina with a beautiful view of Chefchaouene! This place is amazing value for money, we definitely recommend!!

Everything was absolutely great! We considered staying in Blue House Town as the highlight of visiting Chefchaouen! The view from the roof terrace is outstanding - either in the evening or during tasty breakfast served there. Although slightly in distance from the city center, there’s about 15-20 min walk, which is definitely worth to take! Owner is very nice and helpful. We loved our stay there - one of the best in Morocco - we strongly recommend going there!

Ayoub, the property manager made a huge difference in our stay. His generosity, kindness, hospitality, and going above & beyond to ensure we were enjoying our stay in Dar Qaysar & the beautiful city of Chefchaouen. Ayoub’s family cooked us home made lunch & breakfast & it was the best food we had in Morocco! We will be back for sure & will be recommending this Day Qaysar, Riad to my friends & family in US to visit.

Stayed at a small hotel in Chefchaouen and honestly, it was a great little spot. The view from the rooftop was amazing—blue buildings everywhere, mountains in the background. The room was basic but cozy, and there were some cool local paintings on the walls. Super chill vibe overall. Staff was really friendly, helped me find a good place to eat. It’s in a good location too, easy to walk around the medina. Would definitely stay again.

I loved everything about our stay at Casa Amina! Everything felt special - from the unique hotel decor and room layouts, the hand written letters to the hotel in the main area, the cute little rooftop with a view of Chefchaouen, the homemade breakfast array every morning, the proximity to the old town, and the history behind Casa Amina's familial roots. I would 10/10 recommend this spot to anyone looking to visit Morocco!

I loved this hotel because it was right in the heart of the medina. The staff were very friendly and made my stay very enjoyable. I would recommend everyone visiting Morocco to visit this wonderful city as it’s full of enchantment and views for days 😍 I think this was one of the most authentic Moroccan experiences I could have asked for, going to the Spanish mosque and looking down at the picturesque blue city of Chefchaouen

We had an amazing time here! This was one of our favorite stays in Morocco. The location was fantastic, with a stunning rooftop terrace overlooking Chefchaouen. The breakfast was delicious, and Khalid was incredibly responsive—he provided clear directions, parking guidance, and great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it!

Alibaba hostel is at the outskirts of chefchaouen, guaranteeing a great view on the beautiful city and its surrounding mountains. Ajoub, the manager is a really kind soul and I really enjoyed chatting with him. I booked the rooftop for two days but since it was supposed to be raining on the second day I could easily move downstairs. Ajoub really made me like visiting a friend in a wonderful place :) thank you!

We had a great stay at Mauritania Hotel in Chefchaouen. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location is excellent—close to the old market and the famous blue spots, making it easy to explore the beauty of the city. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay! P.S. The property is exotic looking and beautiful with a beautiful view from the terrace.

Remy and Fatima were really lovely and extremely helpful! They shared lots of tips about Chefchaouen and the immediate surroundings. Remy was also helpful in telling us about his experience living in Morocco for many years and about practicalities (like price comparisons). The terrace was amazing and the breakfast too. We also loved that tea was always on offer. The Riad itself was also nicely decorated.
