Very nice hotel , I travel with a support animal staff was very friendly with my pet we actually felt welcome most places are little standoffish if you travel with a pet but not here it was nice for a change not giving me a hard time because of my dog. I come to Indiana often to visit family n friends I will stay here during all of my visits now. Thank you all so much for a nice comfortable pet friendly stay . It was great , the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great French toast was amazing .. 🙂 thanks again !!

After a business stay (in a hotel) in Indianapolis, I chose this accommodation for a few private days - and it was an absolute hit! When you enter the apartment you immediately feel at home; it is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. I lacked nothing for the 3 days and nights, the equipment was great. The contact with the landlady was very nice. I could reach everything wonderfully from here with my rental car. Parking is possible on the street in front of the apartment. I can recommend this apartment 100%.

Absolutely smashed it. Fantastic staff at the front desk and throughout. Beautiful rooms with enormous comfy beds. Whole place was spotless. Shower had a lovely adjustable head so was very plesant to use. The location so close to the centre of town was brilliant too, we were working at the convention centre so it was a breeze to get to and from there every day form the Hampton. Would defintely encourage anyone going to Indianapolis to use this hotel. Top drawer accomodation at a customer friendly price!

Very comfortable Suite - Room 903. Large lovely bed, two televisions, kitchen equipped with sink, microwave and fridge/freezer. Large very clean bathroom - sink, toilet and shower. Breakfast was delicious. Shahrukh - great guy - Receptionist told me about the zTrip car service which I used for all my travels to different locations during my stay in Indianapolis. Lady called Nita - working on the floor level - with all the hotel guests - was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The hotel lobby in itself is appealing and you are welcomed by the staff in a friendly manner. There are restaurants within walking distance and 2 stores close by. Sad to say that Indianapolis is still struggling to recover after Covid generally and the mall is seemingly devoid of life. Having booked a room you have access to the swimming pool, steam room and sauna on the 6th floor which was awesome. The room was clean with coffee & tea facilities.

The check-in was easy, and the staff was kind. My husband and I checked in pretty late (11 p.m.), and the staff was accommodating and gave us a ground room, which was nice and easy to bring our bags to. The location was decent, not too far, and not too close to downtown Indianapolis. Plus, we barely heard any planes flying over the hotel. The good thing is that we only stayed for 2 nights and the price was fair.

I loved the artsy vibe of Fountain Square, and the fact the hotel is in a listed historic property. There were ample restaurants. It's right on the Cultural Trail, and it was an easy walk to and from the train station. Sadly, Amtrak doesn't directly serve Indianapolis anymore, but you can still book transport through Amtrak, which has its perks.

I stay in a lot of hotels in the Carmel and Indianapolis area. Hotel Carmichael is a step above your regular luxury hotel experience. Every detail is impeccably considered and attended to. It’s just really nice to stay somewhere when the staff is so invested in doing an excellent job. That sense of pride just shines through to the guest,

Amazing historical hotel. Our room was huge and very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Also we had jacuzzi in our room, so it was nice to take a bubble bath after long hot day. Personal was nice and helpful. The hotel is a little bit far from the Downtown, but if we were need to stay in Indianapolis again we would still stay there.

The Tru is located close to the downtown area of Indianapolis, just a couple of hundrets of meters walk. The rooms were clean and comfy and had everything you need. You get 24/7 coffee and it has a small gym. Overall, it's a "cheaper" option to the high-class downtown hotels and still super close.

I’ve stayed in several other properties around Indianapolis—even another with Cozy Suites that wasn’t the best experience. This was my favorite apartment yet! The view was amazing, church bells beautiful, couch was super comfy, and the whole place was very clean. I enjoyed my stay a great deal and hope to be back!

conveniently located in the way between Bloomington and Indianapolis, easy to reach and with large parking space. the apartment is clean and comfortable with organic soap and products. the Sleeper’s bar is a plus! the personnel is kind and Bloomington and Indiana university campus at less than 5 mins by car!

We had multiple events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and this apartment was a three minute walk away. Everything we wanted to see and do in Indianapolis was within walking distance. We felt very safe there. The apartment was very clean and spacious. I would book there again.

This property was conveniently located. We were in town for an event at the Indiana Convention Center. We were only 10 minutes from the event center. This apartment was a perfect alternative to a traditional hotel room. The check in process was easy and no contact.

Although our reservation made through booking.com was not forwarded to this Comfort Inn the hotel worked with us to get us a room. Only two handicapped rooms remained because of a large event occurring in Indianapolis. We were given one of those rooms.

Staff are absolutely amazing. Especially Todd at the front desk. Give that man a raise! He was wonderful and ensured our stay was perfect. I love the hotel itself and the size of the rooms. Excellent! Will stay again if I'm back in Indianapolis.

The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is dated and could use some updates but has tons of character. Location can’t be beat. We were there for the Indianapolis Marathon over Veterans Day weekend. City lights were beautiful.

I loved how close to downtown Indianapolis the hotel is. I love how easy it is to get to downtown Indianapolis from the hotel. The beds and the pillows were super soft. They had a microwave which was unexpected but very very welcomed.

The hotel has very nice rooms at a very good rate. It is convenient for Indianapolis airport and has a shuttle. It is a quiet hotel too so very good for getting good sleep when travelling and the rooms are quite large.

30min drive to Indianapolis. Hotel is in good place, if needed there are quite a lot of places for buy needed stuff, or eating places. Room was clean and simple. Staff was very friendly and kind. Good breakfast.
