Went down to Iowa City for a few days. Just a different area.for getaway..walked into hotel. Very vibrant. Cleaned. Service was very prompt. Had very good manners .polite. Got into room. so inviting. Clean .everything you would like. Fromm bed couch kitchen. Nice walk in shower. Fantastic place. Breakfast line up from waffles to oatmeal. Plenty to chose from. Coffee well stocked from different sugars and creamer. Thanks for making us feel at home. Plenty of parking too.

Traveled here with the whole family for my student to visit the University of Iowa. Hotel was short drive to campus, rooms were clean and had everything we needed, staff responded fast when we needed a light bulb and a plunger, breakfast was fresh and had what we wanted. We used the pool and the fitness room every day. Close to walking paths by the river. We expect to stay here again when we visit over the next four years, especially considering the price.

Hotel was chosen because it is near the I-80, I-29 interchange on the Iowa side of the border. This is a not a high-end hotel, but is in a convenient location for traveling around the area, staff was friendly, and it was EXCEPTIONALLY clean throughout. The listing indicated there was a microwave, but said nothing about a fridge. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large dorm-size unit with separate doors for the freezer and the fridge.

Loved the proximity to Wells Fargo Arena and great restaurants near the hotel. We loved that Des Moines as a city was very clean and felt safe. My boyfriend and I are from Minnesota. Ironically, the same comedian was in Minneapolis the night before. As crime has become out of control in Minneapolis, we actually decided to make the drive to Iowa instead. Thank you to Hilton and the city of Des Moines for making our trip so enjoyable!

There was bed bugs so bad there was roaches in my bathroom the whole room was nasty. Other people had keys to my room and try to come while I was sleeping. Luckily I had the door stopper on. Plus the staff was very rude to me and u need to take that motel 6 in Davenport Iowa off ur page it's a bad place to stay at the staff are all on drugs I witness one of the staff members doing drugs while on duty

That we could get away as a couple for the iowa deer classic with out our kids and still feel like we were at home. Just wish in a month there was enough room for us when we come back for the tattoo convention when my husband does the 36 hrs of tattooing but there isn't anh rooms available. I even checked as soon as i heard about it months ago. Breaks my heart this is our favorite hotel!!

Breakfast was convenient and varied each day; staff was quite pleasant and extremely helpful, bed was comfortable and we felt well rested, we enjoyed the shuttle to the State Fair, visiting the bridges of Madison County, and meeting many wonderful people of Iowa. We found publications from the Iowa Bureau of Tourism a real help in planning our trip.

There was no breakfast. Booking.com booked me into a room in a hotel that was closed. Specifically, I was booked into the Des Moines Iowa Airport Doubletree Hotel for a one night stay February 9-10. When I arrived on February 9, it was closed, pending completion of a renovation project. How do I get my funds returned? The cost was $177.07 USD.

The hotel is very dated but a good price for a family with kids. Location next to lots of chain stores and restaurants. We stayed there while passing through Iowa, the value for the money was great. Pool was warm. Decent option for breakfast, they had waffles, eggs & sausage, and pastries. Beds were very comfortable. Cute lobby area.

We stayed in Iowa for downhill skiing in Seven Oaks Recreational Area. We picked up this hotel because we liked Country Inn & Suites in Ankeny, IA. The hotel has a pool and spa. Breakfast was great offering many options. Room was very comfortable. Highly recommend this chain of hotels no matter what city you are at.

Great location! Not far from Iowa80 Truck Stop (great food, fun service), Denny's & Arby's. Moline and Rock Island are near. Comfortable. As for hotel breakfast goes, it is a bit above. (All the hotels/motels seem to have dropped in breakfast quality.) It has been our go to place for years.

Very quiet, bed was comfortable, room was clean Excellent bonus with the 5:30 kickback food & drinks Staff was professional and helpful. Attended an Iowa Basketball ball game and the hotel was as close to interstate and the arena. Very conveniently located

Breakfast was one of the best we've had in any hotel where we've stayed. Lots of variety and very tasty! The workout room included free weights as well as cardio machines. Easy walking distance – and a very pleasant walk – to see an Iowa Cubs game!

The location of this hotel is excellent, with a golf course right next door. It provides easy walking/running access to trails along with access to Iowa State University. I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn and Suites.

Really nice staff, especially at check in. Liked the park inside garage. The grounds were clean. Air worked well, Nice bathroom. Most reasonable nightly rate available at any decent property in Council Bluffs Iowa.

My wife and I usually stay in this hotel when visiting our relatives in Iowa City. The bedrooms and bathrooms meet our expectations, staff are friendly and helpfull. The location is perfect for us.

Breakfast: None? People at check in rude !!!!acted like we weren't wanted. We stayed at your hotel was welcomed . Here in Iowa not so !!!! !!!!

Clean well taken care of hotel near Iowa city. Windows could be opened which is important to us (we dislike AC or fans). The breakfast was pretty good as well.

Location was convenient...next to Olive Garden for dinner option, close to Target and Mall, and a quick drive to our destination of University of Iowa.

This property is a Great Location by The College,,, The Staff was very helpful... Every time I go to Ottumwa Iowa,,, I will stay at this Hotel...
