JapanThe design was very unique, very tasteful and created a whimsical getaway from busting Tokyo life where we came from. Their staff were helpful, warm, with good service and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. In short, they were all delightful down to every last one we interacted with. The beds were comfortable, the communal bathroom was clean, and reminiscent of what we would expect at an onsen. The amenities in the room and in the lounge were great. Overall a wonderful stay where we were continuously pleased with what we encountered during our stay.
