We loved our time here and highly recommend staying here. The pool and facilities were beautiful and really clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful (especially William) and offered plenty of advice on what to do and see. Food and drinks in the restaurant was good. Transport into the town was available and this was really well organised too.

The staff are so friendly, it really makes a difference. The atmosphere is colonial and summery and the bedrooms are clean and very large. We had big double doors opening onto a small balcony overlooking the beautiful pool area. It was a few minutes out of town so we hopped in a tuk tuk (using Grab) to go into town.

We stayed here for 4 days after a 14 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. The resort was stunning, the staff amazing. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were super comfy too.. Highly recommend if you are considering staying in Siem Reap.

Beautiful little resort with very friendly, helpful staff who helped to make us stay very enjoyable. Three beautiful pools and beautiful relaxed surroundings with a lovely restaurant as the centre of the resort. Our room was very comfortable, but if we were picky, we would say we would like a TV and the lighting was very bright over the bed, so would have benefited from having two bedside lamps.
However, we would recommend this hotel to anyone and would also recommend the Kulen elephant trip, which was outstanding.
Set in Siem Reap, 3.1 km from Pub Street, Shintana Saya Residence features a year-round outdoor pool. The resort has a barbecue and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar.

I can only confirm and amplify the excellent ratings of previous reviews given to this hotel. We are globetrotters and have seen many hotels during a 55+ years international career. But this hotel is really the top in customer friendliness, efficiency. The staff takes care of everything, so don’t worry when you book te hotel, you are in their good hands: they arrange transport, visit of the Angkor Wat archiological site on a personal basis, have tuk-tuk transport and limousine transport to airport or by road to Pnom Penh. We had excellent breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Again with their well trained personel,
all very fluent in English. I would like to specially mention:
Mr. Sen, calmly and efficiently organising everything,
Mr. (Kim)Long, who explained history of Angkor Wat and religious aspects
Mrs. Lali who cared well for our breakfast
Bravo to all the staff.

Everything was excellent. The service was amazing. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained. The interior design and decor were tasteful and pleasant. Additionally, the entire complex was very quiet. There were plenty of good options at breakfast. The location is within walking distance from the city center (Pub Street) yet pleasantly situated in a peaceful area away from the main hustle. The hotel made it easy for us to organize transportation to the Angkor temples and arrange an airport transfer. I confidently recommend this place to everyone. Since we traveled during the off-season, the hotel was rather empty, and we even received a room upgrade. Instead of the villa with a jacuzzi that we booked, we got a villa with a pool. A wonderful surprise that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast and service were excellent. Well looked after upon arrival from day out with refreshments, nothing was ever to much.
Feel sorry for staff as no reception, just a shelter with tin roof, no walls. Owners please look after your staff and provide decent indoor reception area with travel or tour brochures, everything a resort should have. Your staff are the frontline of your company and reviews are based on their performance. Well done to all the staff, please look after them
We like the pool and garden and hotel food . Four bedroom villa is very nice , it’s bright and spacious. Hotel offer free afternoon , it’s very nice and breakfast is excellent . Kid love the animals in the resort . Playground is very good . Staff try their best to service us .
Staff were extremely accommodating and always smiling. We had quite a few requests to them as we had a busy schedule and my girlfriend was celiac, but they were always happy to help and were quick to accommodate our needs. The resort was very clean and the restaurant was great as well as the rooms being clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this place as it’s value for money is exceptional. We have been backpacking for nearly a month and wanted some proper luxury and this was perfect at an incredible price.
This place is pure paradise. The staff go above and beyond for you! The rooms and resort were incredibly clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for some luxury during their stay in Siem Reap.
The resort even organised a complimentary dinner for our last night, which is a beautiful gesture! A special shout-out to Ana who was our resort go-to. She remembered small details and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Ana!
We stayed at the Angkor Village Resort previously but I thought the hotel had the added luxury of a brilliant location, just 5 mins from the town centre. The staff recognised us from our previous trip 5 years ago which I hope is a good thing 😉
Staff were just brilliant, all so attentive.
Fabulous trips with the excellent Im as a guide.
The staff at Eightfold Urban Resort took hospitality to a new level for us. From beginning to end we felt welcome and they made sure we had all we needed. Our room with private pool attached was pure luxury and felt like a dream. We would like to thank the Op. Manager Bill and our private overseer Anna for making our stay perfect! A big thanks to the two male bartenders/restaurant staff and the ladies of the in-hotel coffee bar as well for making the best shakes/smoothies and ice coffee! We could have stayed another two weeks..!
Really calm and quiet location with adorable personal and a clean bedroom.
The pool was wonderful.
It's also a family resorts so you can go with kids they'll enjoy staying there.
This resort epitomises luxury and courtesy. With everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Siem Reap. From the refreshing pool to sumptuous breakfast buffet and close to the downtown action, we had it all. We would highly recommend a stay here.
Brand new resort. Fantastic if you're looking for a quiet and luxury hideaway. Excellent, extremely service- and solution-oriented Khmer woman (Simone) as a manager, who aligns the entire business completely to the customer. Excellent!
