Located in Nagarkot, 14 km from Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Soaltee Westend Resort Nagarkot provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.

The staffs were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the resort is absolutely perfect & we enjoyed the Sunset Point very much. What truly stood out was the special treatment we received during the EID festival. The resort went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by preparing special food just for us, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service, a prime location and memorable experiences.

Set in Nagarkot, 9.3 km from Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Chareli Resort offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar.

As a founder of an agency, I personally visit over 100 properties each year, and I always strive to approach these experiences with generosity and an open mind. What truly stood out to me during this visit was the exceptional effort and dedication of the two young men who worked tirelessly to ensure everything was in order. The location itself was fantastic, and I had the pleasure of ringing in the New Year in such a wonderful setting. However, I must admit that the service staff did not quite meet the same standard, which left me a bit unsure about how to express my overall experience.

Featuring free WiFi, Hotel Mystic Mountain offers accommodation in Nagarkot, 28 km from Kathmandu. The resort has an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and barbecue, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Mystic Mountain. I was treated to a beautiful room with a wonderful terrace. The service and the staff are so caring and accommodating that I felt at home. The complex invites you to relax, with a wonderful view of the Himalayan mountains. The swimming pool and the spa are all very clean and hygienic; what more could you need to relax and enjoy your stay? The breakfast buffet fulfills all your wishes, from an American breakfast to Nepalese and even a vegetarian breakfast with plenty of fruit and yogurt. The food in the restaurants is of very good quality, and the selection is excellent. The complex is so spacious, with its own park, allowing you to fully enjoy time with nature. I will definitely come back to escape the big city of Kathmandu for a while and be in nature. Many thanks to all the staff; you are wonderful. Gabriele

Offering spectacular and panoramic view of the mountains, Dwarika's Resort - Dhulikhel Wellbeing Escape in the Himalayas features an outdoor swimming pool, an organic farm and pottery, yoga and...

Nepal is an exceptional part of the world in itself, and Dwarika's Dhulikhel is an exceptional place in Nepal. The resort is outstanding; the design of the suites, and of every single spot (bar, restaurant, spa, outdoor spaces) beautiful. But its main assets are the people; polite, friendly, helpful; the best hotels of the world may learn the art of hospitality from them. It's a place you will not want to leave. And you will not leave because there is so much to do with plenty included in the price. You may have morning and evening yoga classes with the best yoga gurus you will ever have a chance to meet. The same can be said about breathing and meditation gurus (even though that was above the level of our expertise). Ayuverdic medicine consultation is a must. It doesn't matter whether you have a problem or not; go there just to learn something new from the top class, highly educated doctors. Food is delicious. A cooking class with the chef (a small additional fee) brilliant. Spa treatment (additional fees) excellent.

Sitting 7200 feet above sea level on Windy Hill, Club Himalaya Nagarkot offers 360 degree views of the Himalayas. Away from the busy city, it features a shopping arcade.

We were near the end of a three week holiday in Nepal. We had enjoyed many adventures and wanted to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the views of the Himalayas before heading back to the UK. We chose Nagarkot and in particular Club Himalaya and were glad we did. When we arrived Mr. Shankar, the resort manager, gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful in explaining the facilities available at the hotel. We enjoyed some excellent meals. My wife is gluten free and the chef came to our table to explain which meals she could have. In summary , we had an enjoyable time and, if you decide to visit Nagarkot, then we would recommend you stay at this hotel.

Beautiful resort in the mountains outside of Kathmandu. Amazing views and Terrific staff. Spa was lovely, and it was nice to have some free activities including daily yoga and tea/snack on the heli pad every afternoon. Kids enjoyed the game room with pool table, karaoke, as well as badminton and ping pong table. Breakfast buffet was very good. Rooms were very comfortable.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!! STUNNING! Particular shout out of appreciation for the sauna/steam facilities, the yoga area (sooooo gorgeous), the staff who were absolutely lovely in every way. The buffet breakfast and dinner were exceptional. A truly divine place to have a relaxing break (we stayed here craving luxury after trekking for 14 days). I highly recommend splurging on staying here if you can!

The location of the Resort is excellent! The way the hotel is integrated in the mountain , without destroying the authentic looks of the environment. A phenomenal view of the mountain range from all the corners of the resort! And of course, the view from our suite balcony , impossible not to fall in love! Great work with the sundown on the helipad btw! Thanks again for the lovely stay, and lots of greetings from Belgium tot Tenzing. You guys build something prefect here! Thanks Peter and Karen

The most accomodating and kind staff. Personal touches - welcome drink, personal note and snacks - were a nice surprise. Great pool and outdoor space, spacious and clean room. Huge variety in breakfast options. For a ‘luxury’ stay in Bhaktapur it was good value.

We loved our breakfast on the roof top terrace in the sunshine. The shower had great pressure and hot water was plentiful. Our host was charming and helpful. The location is literally inside a unesco world heritage site! This is affordable accommodation, comfortable, not luxury and we felt that the price we paid was very fair for the quality of the room and service.
