“Everything went wrong because the booking forwarded by Booking.com to the hotel was wrong. I booked two rooms for 4 people with breakfast and the message forwarded to the hotel was two rooms with one guest each room and one breakfast each. Therefore, I was forced to pay two additional breakfasts because of Booking.com mistake. The problem is that the receptionist confirmed that this mistake happens very often so the Booking.com customers are all dumbs. Or it is a trick to have additional breakfasts being paid. A quarrel came out with the hotel that refused to contact Booking.com so I decided to consider this fact as mere additional charge and I paid for the two additional breakfasts. The latter resulted to be a complete disaster with a minimal choice and an arrogant F&B manager on duty.”
