IsraelThe main pool was closed for renovations with no prior notice on Booking or the hotel’s website, which led to the infinity pool becoming crowded and noisy. As for the fitness center, the spinning bike wasn’t functioning properly. I informed the staff on our first day, but unfortunately, no action was taken during our stay.
We've stayed at this hotel before and loved it just as much this time.

At check-in I was upgraded to a room with a view of Burj Khalifs as well as a room on a higher floor. The view was spectacular from the huge balcony. The bedroom size was excellent as well as the bathroom.

RussiaThe infinity pool on the 54th floor - amazing) The spa was great, and always empty when we visited, but can't say if it's always like that, since our stay was during Ramadan, which is low season for travel usually. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly, always smiling, willing to help with any request. Still not used to being called "sir" and "madam", and the personnel stepping aside constantly just to let you walk by! The breakfast was abundant, with a healthy selection of food from different cultures. At the end of our stay they got us a complimentary cake saying "thank you for staying with us", which was a nice touch) The location in downtown is great for the people looking to go shopping in the Dubai Mall (a tunnel leads there straight from the hotel 1st floor) and for those people who want to travel the city, as downtown is basically in the very middle of Dubai. All in all, an incredible experience for us, nothing else to say!

Yes, the upper-deck pool is breathtaking and it’s itself the reason to book this hotel. However all staff makes you feel very welcomed and is ready to make your dreams came true. Also the hotel and room amenity is amazing, you have there everything you need (and more).

Very clean and big space in the room. The bathroom product high quality. The hotel location were very close to Burj Khalifa, and Dubai mall. Very convenient to go walking just cross the bridge walking around 10 min. The hotel have two pools and very nice views on burj khalifa. I would try it again. Very family friendly.
