Especially as it has different towers. Such a nice hotel, but if you don't get to the right tower because of the poor signage and miss the entrance, then you can drive another 20 minutes there and back, especially at rush hour, which is just annoying.
The service is excellent and the view of the Burj Khalifa (especially from the pool on the first floor) is breathtaking! The rooms are large, modern and comfortable. We would love to come again asap!

One more thing I disliked was the complimentary water bottle in the room - it was filtered water, which I found disappointing for a 5-star hotel.
I will always remember the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. Abby, in particular, went above and beyond by recognizing my birthday and surprising me with a delightful cake in my room.

Address Sky View was an absolute dream! The staff was exceptional, I received an upgrade to full board.. thank you so much for that, the rooms are so luxurious, and the amenities are top-notch. The bed was the best sleep I've had on my trip. The location was perfect and the views were breathtaking. This hotel has a direct access to Dubai Mall, around 15 minutes walk in an air conditioned area.. Highly recommend!
