Need to change blankets due to too light and short in length size.

Appriciated dealing person due to supportive and friendly nature, cleaning up to the mark, all facilities for example Super/Hyper markets, restaurants etc available near in walking distance. Due to all these positive point I must recommend to everyone once visit/stay.

The entire place was so clean specially the bathroom even though it was a shared but well cleaned the room was clean everything smells so fresh no bad smells in the room like other hostel they smells so bad when you enter easy fast check-in check-out

Dirty kitchen, very warm temperature and when I put it on 21 after a few mins someone turned again to 24 and when I put it to 20 someone put it to 26 however the room was advertised as it has aircond! The bed was small and very hard.

Public transport was very close. City center also. To get in to the room was easy

We came at 2 am and it was quite a riddle to find the appartment. The instructions from the host are fine but quite confusing. The building sign is "SAHARI" (not Sehari) and the closest point is the travel agency mentioned in the instructions, just from the other side of the same building. Otherwise quite easy to find the floor and the appartment. The lockbox is cool! :) The air condition is central = for the whole appartment, which include at least three rooms. It was set for a very low temperature from our point of view, but when we shut it up or increased the tempersture a bit, the other guests next door immediately came and reset the temperature to low. It is difficult to find an optimal tempersture for everybody, of course, but a separated control for each room would be great. But we understand it would cost money to change the system... Overall good and we would come to the appartment again! :)

Overall the accomodation was great. Towel (a second towel upon request), kettle, cups, tea, sugar, soaps and shampoos in the room as well as air condition, opening window, comfortable beds and a sofa, wardrobes.. Shared toilette and shower clean (in comparison to previous reviews of this appartment), kitchen, second toilette... The landlord was easy-going, ready to help and manage one more night for our extended stay. The location was very convenient, the bus stop from/to the airport about 7 minutes walk, hypermarket next door, restaurants and many other shops and services. Walking distance to the Corniche beach about 45 minutes of a pleasant walk.

We didn’t end up staying there. We arrived and couldn’t see anyone around so looking at the pictures of the room we booked we tried to work out which room was ours. We ended up opening some one else’s door whilst they were in bed sleeping which was very embarrassing. We had booked a room with a double bed, single bed and armchair but the property had put us into a different bedroom with 3 single beds and no seating. The mattresses were incredibly thin and uncomfortable, there was only a blanket on 1 bed and we found the others shoved in the cupboard along with 1 towel that had been shoved in there so were unsure about the cleanliness of them. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting from my phone too. We felt very uncomfortable and disappointed and so we left. I contacted the property to explain our disappointment with not being in the room we booked and was told that the room would be available for the 2nd night of our 2 night booking. No apologies at all and they haven’t refunded us. Please contact your guests in advance with which room they are in and maybe have numbers or something on the doors? Difficult to know what doors lead to where! Basic hospitality of making enough beds for each guest and have a towel each!

Very wage description how to find the appartment and we had hard time finding it. The bathroom is shared and was in awful condition. Also, for two people we received only one towel. Cleanliness far from satisfactory.

The host waited for us even though he had business to attend.
