They made my birthday special. All of my requests have been granted. Their staff is polite and very professional. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of options to choose from and everyone is willing to assist. We had an amazing and relaxing stay. Thank you, Al Maha Arjaan Rotana.

Breakfast can be improved No live station The waiters might be oriented or have training on serving customer’s in a better way as the process is slow but generally they were polite and trying to support.

The hotel was super clean, the facilities were great , the breakfast was amazing and the stuff was super friendly and willing to provide excellent service. Special thanks to MINA, Joseph, Doda, Johna and ARJUN who were surprisingly devoted to their role. We will be coming back again.

Swimming pool is a bit small

All the staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet was very rich. Location is 15 mins walking from the seaside

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were big, clean and very comfortable. The gym and heated swimming pool were an added bonus. The location was excellent for buses around the city. A special mention to the staff for my birthday cake! This was an unexpected surprise and it was delicious. We would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

Everything was just perfect.

The hotel is exceptional in all that's important during a trip. Location is perfect for taking public transportation or taxi. The staff is beyond kind and would do everything to help you. Room is super spacious, extremely clean and very well equipped. The food is AMAZING!! Couldn't have wished for more.

No, I don't hate this hotel or the others it's nice.

The food was tasty, the staffs they improved our needs, and the stores near the Maha arjaan hotel was super needed, they decorated the hotel peacefully, and how the area has space for us to relax, the staff never takes that long, as soon as you order something like coffee supplies they bring it as soon as possible to keep you happy at all cost, they ask if you need something else, and they are very patient, they knock the door gently about 3-4-5 times somehow, this hotel is very cheap if you think, and it's nice and worth it, I'm sure you will like it, I think you should accept this and try this hotel out.

The hairdryer had a short cord, which made it a bit inconvenient to use, but this didn’t affect our overall stay.

The hotel offers excellent service quality, with a kind and attentive staff. The food is diverse and delicious, catering to different tastes. One of the highlights was the heated pool with an amazing jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. The location is also great, making it a convenient choice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was good.

Overall its a good choice in the downtown of AD, howerver we went to the hotel mostly to sleep only. Room was very clean, we had high floor so noise didnt affect us. In the last 20 years I spent app. 25% of my life in hotels all around the World, but the mattress in this hotel was in my TOP5!!!
