We loved the activities, the buffet was amazing ! Everything was clean. Zaheer, the man who was there for us after the dinner and in the morning was super super nice! He really made the trip even better with his great sense of humor and joy. He helped us with everything we needed and was always available to take care of us.

What’s there not to like?

There is a lot of activities from the very beginning, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Almost everything is included in price: tea and drinks, doughnuts, snack, dinner, desserts, camel ride, henna, horse show, camel show, fire show…(*catching a breath*), falcon show, picture with falcon, live traditional instrument playing during dinner time, telescope to look at the stars and the moon, hookah outdoor lounge. We also stayed for the night in the traditional tent (there is an ac and there are no bugs). Before the night time, the staff also prepare the corn, sweet potato and munchmallow over the fire pit, which was very nice. I recommend it for couples, families and groups of friends.

The most beautiful part of traveling is still the people we meet along the way. Whether it was Mr. Hanzam , who welcomed us when we first arrived, or the kind gentleman Anwar Ali who guided us on our morning camel ride with such care, their warmth made our journey special. And in the late night, Zahla roasted marshmallows and corn together created unforgettable memories for our whole family. Thank you for your company and kindness!

We had the most incredible experience at Al Marmoom Oasis, a true hidden gem in the desert near Dubai. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by Hazem, who made us feel at home right away. His hospitality was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. The tent was absolutely stunning—so authentic and beautifully designed, offering the perfect balance between comfort and a truly immersive desert experience. Every detail felt carefully thought out, giving us a glimpse into the rich Bedouin heritage. A special mention to Abood, who was responsible for the camel riding experience. He made it truly unforgettable and even took some amazing pictures of us during sunrise—a moment we will cherish forever! A very special thanks to Zaheer, who spent the evening with us, sharing fascinating insights and stories about the desert, its traditions, and history. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made our stay even more enriching. Not to mention, he served us some of the best food—delicious, fresh, and full of flavor! Where we stayed is a new camp site. I ‘v got the feeling that the old campground is cozier with more tents, stables, animals and closer bathrooms. If I had the choice, I would like to stay at accommodation by the old campground next time.

The special experience with the Bedouin life style. Our host Zaheer has made our stay even more special by walking extra miles to help us to experience the every minute of our stay. We will for sure come back next time with a bigger group friends to enjoy the camp fire, sunrise and sunset moments. So long…

Water supply to the ladies was disrupted momentarily and we had to use the gents (thankfully it was past midnight) and there weren't any guests then.

1) Zahir who attended us during our stay was truly beyond exceptional. Utterly impressed with how he takes extra care and efforts in making our stay an amazing one. 2) Photography skills of all the staff especially the falconry gentleman by the name of xxxx Khan (can't recall the first name) 3) Falafel and kebabs were super yummy! 4) Henna lady was very talented and skilful with her design n ingenuity

The only minor inconvenience was that the bathrooms were a bit far from the tents, but this is expected in a camping experience, so it wasn't a big issue.

We had a fantastic stay with my family! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially Zaheer, who was always helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The camp offered a variety of fun activities, which we all loved. The food was absolutely delicious, and we had the chance to try many iconic Arabic dishes, drinks, and desserts.

The dedication of the entire team to provide comfort in the challenging environment of the desert is truly impressive. Osman and his team were exceptionally kind and thoughtful, ensuring we felt comfortable and safe. When my driver mistakenly arrived at 8am instead of 12pm, Osman handled the situation with grace, asking the driver to wait without disrupting my morning. I only learned about the mistake when it was time to leave. This act of kindness and hospitality showcases their profound expertise in the field. Thank you!

Lighting in the tent is too dim. Better if there was a tissue box, hairdryer, and a clothes hanger or hooks to hang our clothes and wet towels. Hot water in shower could be hotter especially when we were there in winter.

The experience 10/10. The staff amazing!! Hassan, Dhubra, Anuar, Allmas whom we were in constant contact with. Food - fabulous!

There can be none. It was amazing.

The Property is amidst the middle of the desert with a beautiful oasis, ducks, peacocks, birds etc. The place is super tranquil and is an amazing way to get away from the city's hustle. The property is worth the Staff and the Staff are super courteous in all sense of the word. Right from the entrance all the way to the exit ,Staff are quite exemplary. We had very close encounters with Mr.Dhruba, Mr.Almas our Driver who picked us up, gave us a nice small tour of love lake. Mr.Hassan is the Supervisor and he always has a smile and is super willing to help. 2 Coffee stands serving Arabic tea, coffee, karak all day long. One stand for Arabic Sweets.Sheesha lounge for an open air sheesha and few souvinier ,fragrance shops too.Display of Arabian Horses is quite delightful to see their stunts and run ups. Breakfast was quite magical with excellent care and courtesy that of Mr.Dhruba Ranabhat.The Gentlemen was so kind and warm in handling our needs through out the stay. Always wears a smile and is willing to help. We loved everything about the stay. One suggestion would be to add more waste bins around the property for the convenience.

the tent was spacious for 4 people , very clean and comfortable, the food was very good and the people at the camp were very helpful. Mr Ibrahim was really helpful and Draba took care of us with sweat corn and marshmallow barbecue The common bathrooms are extremely clean and regularly done. The Sunset Camel ride was just amazing . Be ready with heavy cloths at night as it get cold

The common bathroom outside the tent is a bit inconvenient, but it is cleaned continuously which is good.

My son and I thought it was great. Service was excellent from the start to finish, not only in their manor and personality but also in knowledge and training which is something that is often missing in Dubai even in the big hotels. The food and entertainment were excellent. We found the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable. I’m sure we will be back with the whole family.
