For some reason, dinner was a mini subset of the Ramadan day menu on Eid day.

fruits that was for most of them tasteless & desserts that were very limited and not with high quality, this was in both breakfast & dinner. not enough sun beds & umbrellas at both pool & beach. no kids activities at night at all specially that it was Eid period. kids pool needs renovation.

House keeping very slow. Staff calling us to vacate the room even after we checked out. Very strange.

More staff as service very slow pool side however it was during the Christmas/ New Years eve period and very busy.

We are resting at the hotel during Ramadan. We are delighted with the service staff, cleanliness, quantity and quality of food 🙈 and huge rooms with comfortable beds. We are very grateful ❤️ and we highly recomend to stay at this hotel. Hotel staff is always ready for you to help, they treat you in high standards. You can access the pools and the beach right from the hotel which makes your holidays even nicer. The small shoping mall is attached to the hotel, so in case you want to grab extra things its just right there for you. We highly reccommend this hotel for the families, couples or the friends.

We spent wonderful time in this hotel.Great rooms with extra large beds and bathroom were kept perfectly celan by room service every day. Beautiful view from the balcony to the harden and pool was also very pleasant for us. Nothing was a problem. We asked for socket adapters and blanket,everything was brought to us in a few minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful too. On my birthday,the hotel arranged beautiful decorstion for me in our room as a surprise, there was even the birthday cake on the table! I was really impressed. Our kids appreciated the kids pool and kids playground outdoor and indoor. They also learend how to swim in the heated pool,which was good when the days were not so hot. We also appreciated the shuttle bus,wgich tool us to the main turist attractions for free. We were looling forward our breakfast every day,because it was really huge,everything you can imagine and good coffee. The pictures on interent are true and real

It was short but fabulous stay at this resort. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room we were given was fantastic and breakfast was outstanding. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed more. If I would come back again to Abu Dhabi, we would most definitely come back here for a longer stay.

Everything was amazing, breakfast; facilities, servises, just perfect! very close to the airport, to the beach, to Al Raha Malĺ as it was connected with hotel. Especially would like to say thanks to the very kind, very helpful and so lovely personal at the reception, the guy upgraded our room for like big beautiful suit with balcony view to the beach, and also late check out for 3 hours with no charge. Sorry didnt carch the guy’s name (Also thanks to Edwin, and Tamshir hope thats correct spell too and all personel as well). There was a shuttle bus to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque there and back for free. Just one big thanks for making us happy! one sad thing, that we didnt stay for longer time. Will come back again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Everything was great.

This hotel is simply wonderful. A 10 mins drive from the AUH airport, it was the best stay in Abu-Dhabi so far. I really loved the staff - they were exceptionally professional and friendly. The level of comfort, cleanliness and service is outstanding. The room itself was a piece of art - super spacious, the bathroom had a bath and a shower. The sea view was mesmerizing. The quality of food was impressive, diverse cuisines from all over the world, drinks and beverages, including fresh juices, everything was great. Do not hesitate to book this hotel, it will meet your expectations above and beyond.
