The design of the hotel gives you a really comfortable and luxurious experience of staying in the desert. Staffs are super friendly and attentive.

It's far out from the city and the hotel doesn't have their own transportation. You have to wait for over an hour for a transfer service so book ahead of time. Rent your own car if possible.

I don't have anything bad to say about this place. It was perfect.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. Pleasant and relaxing swimming pool in the middle of the desert. The breakfast is outstanding, as so is the dinner and drinks. The bedrooms are impeccable, spacious, and luxurious. Sauna and steam room included in the price. I hope I'll return some day.

- I would encourage more thorough cleaning of public areas after birds - It is stated that they have EV charging station, however, output is limited to 1,6KW which is less than in regular home socket - would be great for technical team to update system and provide at least 10KW+ charging capabilities

- Great location "in the middle of a desert" - Nice design with Arabic vibes, but not too overwhelming and pretty much minimalistic - Really liked buffet options for dinner - Nice, quiet and cosy environment

Amazing rooms, extremely clean, super nice and friendly people. Was an impressive stay and I would really recommend to go there if you´re happy outside of AbuDhabi. It´s an almost 1h drive into the city, which is for sure the biggest disadvantage if you have to work, but same time the biggest advantage to just be by the pool, relax and enjoy the quietness and the peace of the desert. I really liked the design, the comfy beds, tub, pool. Everything on a very high level. Really great stay. I loved it.

Expensive with a lack of food choice. Has a few restaurants but massively over priced. Be cautious going to restaurants without payment cards. I was told all restaurants on the property can put bills on your room but this isn’t the case. I was marched to my room to pay for my food despite leaving a £400 deposit on my room for the exact scenario

Nothing much. We had a wonderful stay at the resort.

The room was spacious. It had all the amenities and included a coffee machine. There was also a lovely balcony. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and there was a lot of choice. Especially loved the French Toast with Mascarpone. Loved the infinity pool, where we spent most of our time. Loved walking through the desert and seeing the beautiful landscape especially at sunset.

Hotel was very secluded and far from the city. Taxis had to be ordered in advance. The rooftop bar was closed during our 3 night stay. We were told that there was a private event but didn’t see any events going on. Would have been nice to have some evening entertainment as the hotel is very secluded and far from everything so after dinner there was nothing to do.

The hospitality was second to none. There was nothing that the staff said no to, very accommodating. Felt like a little palace with royal treatment. Gym 24hrs and spa was very tranquil and relaxing. Staff were friendly, relaxed and happy, no complaints at all. Breakfast and bbq buffet dinner was amazing. Pool was stunning and so was the sunset. Rooms and amenities were high quality. Will definitely return.

Snow room was closed for repair while we were there so didn't get to see it.

Room was beautiful - bed was super comfy. Bathroom is amazing with both a separate shower and bathtub. Balcony area for sitting outside. Main pool is lovely with a swim up bar. Breakfast next day was amazing.
