We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

What a pleasant surprise Hotel Avalon was! Great value for money considering the quality of the food (we did a half board and dinner was superb!) and the amazing service that they provide for their guest. Sanenda, Seema, Aadarsh, Abdel we're all remarkable! These people make a difference on how our experience was in the hotel -- as well as Raj from the Risen. The lifeguards though needs to consistent when flagging guests who do not comply with the hotel's policy -- there we're a bunch of teens with their father who were just vexatious and inconsiderate to everyone else. Not the lifeguards fault but they need to be empowered with these things and not let guest bully their way to it -- and after other guests experience.

OmanFirst of all it is about the great staff. The helpful team at the front desk or at the pool or the restaurants they are all key contributor to the excellent rating of this hotel. We thank you all for making our stay enjoyable. Definitely we are going to repeat the visit. it is a bran new and modern hotel with clean rooms and you feel 5 stars service The breakfast is delicious with good varieties. The pool and the bar are very nice. If you are a family better to consider a connecting room. The only reason I did not give 10 for the rating because of the nearby construction towering over the pool but that’s out of the hotel hands and will end sooner or later.

France- Not much around, so you'll need a car (not even a decent supermarket nearby and other restaurants) - Room felt small (especially after adding an extra bed, impossible to go around) - Bathroom size varies depending on the room (and this time it was super small) - Restaurant menu not very tempting - Pool is not heated in winter (stayed in January 2025)

The breakfast location was good. The ambience and maintenance of the location was good. The spread was good sufficient but not exceptional. Food quality was very good. The staff was efficient and non-intrusive. The rooms though small, are nice.
