We love the room, comfortable and cozy although the space was limited. Good breakfast and facilities, we went to the Soluna Beach Club as well. Overall a great stay in Dubai.

A little too off the scale with the scores, but we are here for 1 night only and it is handy location for us as family live in the area. Hotel is lovely, but typical Dubai, it's the staff who make the stay exceptional. For what you pay, it is outstanding

What a pleasant surprise Hotel Avalon was! Great value for money considering the quality of the food (we did a half board and dinner was superb!) and the amazing service that they provide for their guest. Sanenda, Seema, Aadarsh, Abdel we're all remarkable! These people make a difference on how our experience was in the hotel -- as well as Raj from the Risen. The lifeguards though needs to consistent when flagging guests who do not comply with the hotel's policy -- there we're a bunch of teens with their father who were just vexatious and inconsiderate to everyone else. Not the lifeguards fault but they need to be empowered with these things and not let guest bully their way to it -- and after other guests experience.

First of all it is about the great staff. The helpful team at the front desk or at the pool or the restaurants they are all key contributor to the excellent rating of this hotel. We thank you all for making our stay enjoyable. Definitely we are going to repeat the visit. it is a bran new and modern hotel with clean rooms and you feel 5 stars service The breakfast is delicious with good varieties. The pool and the bar are very nice. If you are a family better to consider a connecting room. The only reason I did not give 10 for the rating because of the nearby construction towering over the pool but that’s out of the hotel hands and will end sooner or later.

- Not much around, so you'll need a car (not even a decent supermarket nearby and other restaurants) - Room felt small (especially after adding an extra bed, impossible to go around) - Bathroom size varies depending on the room (and this time it was super small) - Restaurant menu not very tempting - Pool is not heated in winter (stayed in January 2025)

- Friendly staff & smooth check-in/out - Parking available - Quiet atmosphere - Modern decor and pleasant room - Nice and good coffee place near the entrance

Room size could be bigger. It may become uncomfortable for a longer stay. The breakfast spread shall be more generous in variety and shall be quickly refilled.

The breakfast location was good. The ambience and maintenance of the location was good. The spread was good sufficient but not exceptional. Food quality was very good. The staff was efficient and non-intrusive. The rooms though small, are nice.

Keep in mind that JVC is quickly developing area and there are a lot of construction works around the hotel. Luckily it won't stay like that forever :)

Lovely and attentive staff, especially Jordan at the front desk 🤍🤍 great breakfast and really good coffee at the ground floor cafe. Best sleep in comfortable bed as well!
