We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast can be definitely improved, restaurant manager came and asked if we would like to have eggs (omelette etc...) so we placed our order, minutes after another staff member came and said that they cannot do it without giving any reason why.... That was disappointing as the staff are the ones who approached us in the first place to order. All in all the breakfast options variety is poor imo compared to the room rate and to other resorts in the same category.
Room is exactly as shown and as you would expect, very clean, luminous and spacious. Very quiet and peaceful.

The whole experience was very nice. The villa was very well designed, had everything needed for a relaxed stay. The timing was right, not too cold or hot. The service was fast with the exception of the breakfast .. they took some time although the space was not full. I'd highly recommend this place for everyone! It works for all groups

United StatesOn one particular day the entire facility lost power for the entire day. I suspect due to the construction ongoing on this particular island? Nonetheless I work remote without power no WiFi, Internet this isn't possible so this was the first issue. Because I didn't get paid. No hot water so we had to go elsewhere to shower, no television or anything else to occupy time so money had to be spent to do so. I expected a free day. But that didn't happen
