The property is huge luxurious and very welcoming. We had a 3 day stay and it was at ease . The staff was good … the location… the area … the view … the building everything 10/10

My stay at the hotel was exceptional in every way. The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially the reception, which was professional and attentive to every detail. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the hotel. The view for the room was pretty amazing. Highlight was being able to swim in the ocean or the pool.

If Balcony was there more attractive and outside window was not clean so the beautiful outside scene was blur… otherwise everything was good

Great experience! Fantastic room at the 24th floor with a view on the Emirates palace and the presidential palace. Pool and beach are outstanding! Pool bar really great with good food to grab along the day. Breakfast super. The hotel is super clean and quiet!

The room lighting switch system was a little weird in that you can't dim or leave anything on. It's either like a complete on or off system. It's a personal preference I guess as to whether you want to sleep in complete pitch dark or have a light on to a certain degree allowing you to navigate around the room should you wake up at night. It was our anniversary, and I did mention if anything extra could be done upon our arrival just to make it a little special, but nothing was done. I'm not sure if this was an error of miscommunication, but overall, it was a lovely restful stay. The in room dining service should display photos of all the food available to order. No pictures being displayed makes it a little difficult at times to truly decide what you want to order.

Location, cleanliness. Politeness of staff, especially room service staff were an absolute credit to the hotel. The outdoor restaurants by the beach was spectacular in the food it serves. Water was super clean and it was pleasant. The spa service was tremendous and opened from 11am to 1am. The hotel overall was very large, beautifully decorated and clean. Room size was very large and spacious. Amazing waterfall shower and bath. View was nice too of the palace.
