We absolutely loved everything!! We loved the pool, being close to the beach. The staff were just amazing, we were made feel so comfortable. The housekeeping, food, spa I can’t express how much we loved it. It was honestly like a dream .

Amazing facilities, great location with quiet beach and great outdoor space. Very relaxed atmosphere and emphasis on wellness. Staff are super friendly and service is outstanding. The spa experience is highly recommended.

We feel that the demon duck is somehow overpriced related to the food and service. At the Italian we were unlucky to be surrounded by a massive group of people with many small kids on their cellphones on sound level 10.

It’s a great resort with excellent staff all around the resort. Breakfast is amazing.

The lights in the bathroom could be brighter but the rest was top 👍👍

It is one of the best hotels we have ever been to 👍👍👍😁 We felt like we were home - it was really relaxing, everybody was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was top, fitness big and all what you need inside, the pool and the beach top - everything We will come back for sure. Not sure about the policy for the big pool, which seems to be for paid guests only? Everyone else crammed around 2 other pools.

The staff service here is fantastic, very friendly and attentive. Rooms have nice amenities, nice touches like a different incense stick every day and cute little merch gifts in the room. Quiet and away fro the noisy roads so good sleep had.

Beautiful hotel with a zen atmosphere as well as looking gorgeous it smelled great too! The staff on the front desk go above and beyond as do all of them even the housekeeping gave us a personal service. It’s in a good location with shops and restaurants a short walk away and also can walk to JBW. Beautiful beach area too with great service. The breakfast experience was the best with again all excellent and friendly staff.

Swimming pool and sunbed situation for adults is far from ideal. There is one large fantastic pool and beds but you have to pay for them, and there was zero people using this while I was there. The next best alternative pool is esstienially for kids and people with babies. The last pool for adults is very small, in the corner with not ideal sun. Really not ideal.

Everything , it has a perfect location Beautiful sea view , very modern and hip design , the area of the breakfast is do beautiful and the breakfast is so rich and although I don’t have children I liked how they had a little section dedicated to children with little mugs n plates and lots of good food , the pools are beautiful , they were tentative controlled so never too cold , the adults pool had a dj over the weekend with beautiful music , all the staff were super friendly starting from reception to the beach

From my opinion it is currently one of the best Hotels in Dubai. Especially the location, facilities & the a la carte breakfast makes the Hotel a perfect spot for both work & leisure.

Beach was ok, we didn't sit on it as didn't feel as nice as others we'd been on. Was busy around the pool, so needed to get a sunbed early on to get a good positioned one, in the sun, lots of trees - but that's ok if you aren't bothered about being in the sun all day. It is expensive hotel, didn't use the spa because of that - but I don't think any different from any other 5 star hotel.

Loved this hotel, very welcoming on reception and staff everywhere very nice. Our room was the Bliss room - absolutely gorgeous, the design beautiful, stunning bathroom area and bath/shower. Lovely coffee, daily room clean excellent. Breakfast was excellent, mainly on a menu ordering but could have whatever you wanted, as many dishes as you wanted. Swimming pool area is stunning, large and varied so lots of choices on where to sit as well as the beach if that suits better. Also enjoyed the chilled out vibes of the music playing and a DJ one day. Loved our after sunning ourselves beer at the pool bar. Used the gym a couple of times too but also enjoyed running locally outside the hotel

The staff go above and beyond, they think of everything. The rooms are beautiful, the hotel is peaceful, the pool area is beautiful. The beach is lovely. The food is insane, especially the breakfast. The area is nice as you can walk to shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Everything was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The friendly and attentive staff at the reception, restaurants and pool ensured that we felt incredibly comfortable, while the outstanding daily cleaning service added an extra touch of comfort. The hotel is beautifully designed and provides a delightful retreat from the city's hustle. The culinary experiences at restaurants Alizee, Demon Duck, and Tutto Passa were exceptional, each offering delicious dishes that were beautifully presented. We left with wonderful memories of every detail, including the care, quality, and overall experience provided by the entire team.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Second visit as good as the first. Tranquil, beautifully decorated, friendly helpful staff, including Mohamed, Imran and Anna breakfast/ a la carte restaurant Rooms are spacious, immaculately cleaned twice daily and the bed is enormous and really comfy If you just want a small bite in the evening then the Japanese tocha restaurant is really relaxed and the staff are super friendly. Small bites were delicious Poolside staff are just fantastic, always happy to help you in any way. Thank you Michael! The resident DJ for the weekends is really good, she played a brilliant collection of chilled vibes and dance to just add to the atmosphere. The perfect combination. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s bliss, the perfect place to unwind and relax.

It is simply the best of the best. Service exceptional. Food exceptional. Room was beyond our expectations. Everything was simply exceptional. We have travelled with my wife to a lot of places but this was next level. Absolutely top notch!!! Special thanks to Michael from the Banyan Team - amazing guy that goes beyond his responsibilities to make your stay enjoyable!!!
