Maintenance should be done regularly the TV isnt clear , some wear and tear , the bathroom sink isnt very stable and they shoulf provide more towels , the breakfast wasnt good especially the bread being heated in the microwave made it very dry and hard

The place is great the living room spacious , the rooms are good , the bathroom is nice and clean , the ground floor had a balcony and easy access to the pool and beach

everything seems to be fine, but I wish they had temperature control swimming pool. we visited in December, but kids were not able to swim because of cold weather and i wish their fridge was little, bigger in size. rest everything was great. we enjoyed the stay

it is one of my favorite places for short vacation. i always liked to visit this place. it has all the facilities including Bar Bq. The place seems to be renovated compared to last time. the bar bq area has been renovated and it is pretty good. the rooms are comfortable. the staffs are very helpful.

We booked 2 bedroom for family of 6. There was only one towel in the each bathrooms, no napkins at all. When we requested for more towels they provided only 2 more. No shower gel in the bathroom as well, they had only shampoo and moisturizer. On 2nd night there was some big group at hotel they were playing loud music outside pool area till 10pm. And even after 10 loud music was being played in their rooms which we can hear clearly inside our rooms.

Spacious room, clean and nice. Direct access to pool from the room. Room service was quick and at reasonable price. Great food at the Biryani Junction.

1. Musty smell in room.. would strongly recommend the use of room freshener before guests check in. 2.Breakfast was a bit disorganised. No live cooking stations. Food was not refilled in a timely fashion

Pleasant stay on the weekend of 23rd March. Nice family atmosphere in the resort with families enjoying the pool. Our 1 bedroom suite was nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Service was very good throughout. The Pista Kulfi was delicious and we appreciate the gesture of sending it to our room on our request.

The Door lock was not working-it was to hard>i could not open. However the staff Mr. Ram and his team was too good they immediately replaced the lock.

Breakfast can be improved-with more options in sweets-fruits .

Air conditioning is too cold, and not temperature controlled. Either need to turn on or off.

I requested water the next day however, the room service staff I spoke to said that we will be charged for the water. Normally, hotels will provide water bottles from the day you checked in and the day you checked out. This is the first time for me. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The check-in was so smooth. I didn't get the person's name but he made sure we got everything we need. Kudos to the staff who checked us in.
