since the rooms are small literally just a bed inside, the A/C blows on your face when you sleep also the toilet bowl is not well fixed (room D1).

We expected sand in the road, it is after all desert trip, there was one patch of the road covered with sand which created minor problems.

The food was acceptable but could have been better. Eg cuts of chicken could have been better. Would have liked 2 pillows each.

Excellent value for money, with camel rides and superb entertainment. Meals included. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Atmosphere, being in the desert was good.

Trashes are every where, you may see clean area on the dining place but once you climb the dunes at the back, you would see the trashes all over the place.

The D chalets were not how it looked on the pictures. It was very small and the floor was not clean. Lighting was very dim as there was only one light near the interior of the door. No hot water, which means you have to book a superior category for it. Food was alright but lacked in taste, breakfast selection was minimal, you had to eat what they had. Not worth for the price honestly. Menu needs to be upgraded as Dubai camps had an amazing selection on food. Minimal tea or coffee in the chalets.

Entertainment was fabulous 👍🏻 and location. The activities such as quad bikes were great!!

Great place for a short staycation. Excellent ambience with good basic facilities. The evening entertainment was mind blowing particularly the fire dance.

Check in counter opened late, our door lock is broken and had to wait another half an hour before were able to explore, the pool is not clean, the toiletries and towels were not enough for the occupants considering no room service, you have to go back to the reception to ask which is at a distance, foul smell in the room, and rooms are quite worn out with limited sockets.

The performers of the show were all great, camel ride and the food is good.
