Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomMr Lang was very rude and very unfriendly he spoke to me as if I was a child , I wanted to complain to the front desk but my husband said 'Lets not let if ruin our holiday' We upgraded our room on arrival so that we would be on the Palm side as there was a lot of construction work going on out the front and we were put in Room 116 , we never seemed to have hot water so they moved us to Room 722 but the water pressure and the temperature were still not great so I am guessing this is just a problem with having guests all using the water at the same time in the evening, but not nice having a very luke warm/ cold shower.
The staff really made the holiday their names are as follows :- Vesh, Binod, Suresh Avishek and Abhi Shek they were all really great and also the really jolly black Restaurant manager was so friendly and nice .

United StatesOne side is Jumeira View, and the other- construction. Even when construction will finished- you be facing to another building. So if you choose this hotel - choose Jumeira view, not the ocean view which is actually ocean through the construction. Overall we are satisfied with our stay. The amenities is good and the food is excellent

United Arab EmiratesGreat little hotel with good basic facilities. Please be aware that there is a lot of construction occurring behind the hotel and the noise carries into the rooms. The rooms have very little sound insulation as the balcony doors appear a bit cheap and do not fully seal, thereby letting in the outside noise.

AzerbaijanThe facility is clean and modern. The hotel room was very spacious, with comfortable bed and bathroom facilities. The staff is very helpful and try to fix all issues immediately. The breakfast is good. Unfortunately, the sofa bed in the room was not comfortable at all. When opened, the bedding part of the sofa is falling through, the springs of the bedding part of the sofa make it very uncomfortable to sleep. Some rooms look over at the construction site which is a little noisy and the construction works continue through the night on Monday-Friday.

SpainHotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was excellent and the location is also fantastic, right on the beachfront. However, there was some construction work happening next to the hotel, which occasionally made it a bit noisy during the day. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you’re looking for complete tranquility. I recommend asking for a beachfront room with a balcony.

Property had valet parking, in between a few building sites so sometimes got stuck behind a few big construction trucks. Fantastic view of Marina and JBR.

Lithuania"All inclusive" is not really "all inclusive". This does not apply to the buffet, everything was fine there. This mainly concerns the bar and coffee corner. The bar has a separate menu for "All Inclusive" with not the best options. It looks like they just put the cheapest ones there. And they clearly don't know the right proportions for coctails. If the target gets drunk - then everything is fine, otherwise it's not very tasty. At the coffee corner, you will have to pay extra if you want to make coffee with syrup. It's a small thing, but it's not clear why, the syrup is not super expensive.
The staff was nice. The room was very clean. They keep it clean and tidy. There was always a variety of food in the buffet. Of course, they were repeated sometimes, but everything was quite good and quite tasty. Nice beach and pool.

IrelandRooftop bar should be part of the all inclusive up to a certain time as it's beautiful but nothing to encourage you to stay up there. Even just cocktails or something..... A more adult space
Staff were excellent couldn't do enough for you .Front desk manager however over promised when we had an issue with our room. Sadly delivered nothing.

United KingdomLack of any sort of amenities or entertainment within the hotel complex. Whilst this suited us I would think that others may get bored of having to leave the hotel to find any kind of entertainment. The occasional music or live show would have broken the evenings up when there for 8 nights. The sunbeds were very uncomfortable and could do with upgrading.
Peaceful location, despite building works close by, enabling us to kick back and relax after a busy time. The buffet food selection was excellent and of very good quality. The staff were cheerful, welcoming and very efficient.
