Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab Emirates1. Noise of construction near the hotel. 2. Very small lobby. 3. You need to open the shower for 10 to 15 minutes in order to get hot water. 4. The hotel is located at the end of the palm island. 5. If you request ice cubes , they will charge you ( 20 ) Dirham !! 6.Room service.
In my opinion it is 4 stars hotel

ItalyThe service on the swimming pool. I think if you pay about 50 eur for 2 small salats and 2 coca colo the waiter should see you seating and waiting for order not that you need to go inside and ask first for the menu then if they are forget on you and again for the receipt.
The personal amazing kind, the hotel very clean. The breakfast really good with everything. The small cakes for the dinner very, very delicious and the girls in the bar they are making really good coffee. The location for relax nice for everyday trip to the different parts of city maybe less comfortable because Dubai is huge and have a lot of traffic . Beautiful view from the rooftop and nice terrace

United KingdomWater pressure in the shower was so low, especially when using hot water, the housekeeping staff would take towels away (even when folded away to use again) and not replace them (mostly face towels and we didn’t have a bath mat by the last day). Construction work around the area was noisy, and the walls are thin so we could hear our neighbours speaking very loudly, which was frustrating with an infant.
Lovely location, beautiful sunset views, very comfortable bed, breakfast buffet was delicious. The pool looked so nice, just wish it was warmer to swim.

United KingdomOur own fault, but we didn’t know that spas in Dubai are female only. We were sold a his and hers package (didn’t pay upfront) and turns out my partner couldn’t attend. I also wish our room had a slightly better view than construction work + the sea, but it didn’t affect our stay.
With it being our honeymoon, we loved the fact this was a little piece of luxury away from the centre of Dubai. Having the option to be by a gorgeous beach, then taking a taxi into the busier areas was a dream. The housekeeping team kept our room clean daily, the staff are super lovely and the all inclusive options are great and we can highly recommend it. We only noticed the rooftop bar on the last night so be sure to try that out to! It’s stunning.

United KingdomSteam room was broken. Jacuzzi was cold. The cost of drinks like coke zero was exorbitantly expensive. 26AED (approx. £5.50) for a 330ml can. Took several massages and regardless of the type selected the same massage was applied. For example, I requested a reflexology massage a received a general foot and leg message. The person that organised trips wasn't present after dinner, which would have been convenient. The person was little help in booking excursions. His main interest seemed to be to book personal tours.
Breakfast and Dinner in the half board option was lovely. The lack of real bacon was missed but to be expected in a Muslim country. We arrived at around 1am. Having missed dinner we where offer a meal from the room service menu free of charge - a nice touch. Our room was also upgraded to a balcony room - another nice touch. The pool area and the coffee were first class.

United KingdomThe location allows for amazing views of the palm and marina…., but does create a bit of a faff getting on and off the palm area. As long as this is appreciated and easily solved with taxi service etc…. Won’t put us off from staying again.

United KingdomWe had a lot of niggling issues with this hotel. On arrival, we discovered that the room we booked faced the ocean rather than the beach, so the balcony was shaded, the sea view was less interesting and there is currently a building site with cranes and construction ongoing right in front of the hotel entrance. We asked for a room on the sunny side (beach-facing) but it cost us more. The spa did not have a functioning sauna and the jacuzzi was cool, with no ability to increase the temperature. There was a notice saying that the water was replaced after each guest, but that was clearly not the case. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, but very crowded. If you go to the Palm, then don't expect the beach and sea to be natural, but even so, it didn't feel like the real sea experience and the fish clearly felt the same as they were absent. The prices in Dubai are very high so budget accordingly.
We had a bright clean room on the third floor facing the pool, beach etc. and it was very comfortable, with a sunny balcony. All the hotel and restaurant staff were super-helpful, and we were content to eat at the hotel as the food was in general, good, and going anywhere else involved getting a taxi as the distances are large. Uber, by the way, is abundant in Dubai so it is easy to find a taxi. There are two pools with a shallow one for kids at a lower temperature, and a warm, deeper infinity one for adults.
