We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe address they gave (458W+7PX - Al Barsha - Dubai) is the address of a large parking lot, you have to call the phone number from there. The hotel is not far from there, but it is somewhere else. The description says CALM, but the hotel is next to a large main road. The room is small (2*3 meters) and has no window.

SpainThe worst service, lazy stuff. As a result dirty rooms, no toilet papers, cockroaches, broken shower & furniture, dust. You can see good reviews only because they begging to make it and some people make it for late checkout or adapter. Now names as they asked: Sherina - the worst manager, I paid 1 more day staying, she didnt see my payment and force me to pay twice or check out. Ali - gave me extension cord and pressed me to make 5* review for it, but didn't gave me toilet for 3 days, didnt fix the shower for 2 days. Ahmed - good guy, fixed my door lock in 10 min after I called him. Ahsan - boss, who organized this disorder.

United StatesOverall, I had a pleasant stay, but there’s always room for improvement. The property was generally clean and comfortable, though a few small details could be better attended to. Despite this, the hospitality, especially from Shehroz, truly stood out and made my experience much better.
I had a wonderful stay at this place. The room was clean, and the fresh air made it even more enjoyable. The price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. A special mention to Shehroz, who welcomed me warmly and ensured everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommend this place!

I paid by booking.com, but the number mentioned in booking was not available to allocate the room. Another number given to me while contacting. He was not picking the call even after several calls. Wasted my time energy by WhatsApp messages and calls but I couldn’t stay there. Waste of money
