Me and my mum had a fantastic stay at Casa Mikoko. Neha and the staff were lovely and super helpful. The hotel is incredible relaxing and feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai. It reminds me a lot of being in the Maldives. The food at the restaurant is lovely - we did the all inclusive option and had plenty of food to eat at each meal. We had kayaking included which was a fun way to spend the morning. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Can’t complain at all!

The shower and sink in the bathroom used seawater, so it was a bit strange to wash myself with that water and brush my teeth with it.

The food was great! I had dinner and breakfast at the resort and both meals were great. Room was very comfortable and I liked the large outdoor (but still private) bathtub. Be aware that you won't want to be using that bathtub at sunset or at night because a lot of mosquitos will be swarming.
