Parking was a struggle, as we struggled to get parking close to the apartment. On the second day, the security informed us that the flat had underground parking which made things much easier. The host should mention this in the description or check-in details.

The property was close to all the locations we had to go to. Rooms were clean and large. Excellent location! We were also happy to find out they had a supermarket and a sports bar in the complex. What else do you need on a business trip!

There was a crackling noise coming from AC vents in bedroom. Luckily, we were really tired in the evening and fell asleep fast.

There's really nothing to watch in the TV. Might be good if there's Netflix. The toilet seat is broken, it would be best to do a quick maintenance before offering it again for rental The sofa bed was not prepared when we arrived and we had to set it up ourselves, looking for beddings, etc

The apartment was fully furnished. Everything you need is there - towels, toiletries. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a small grocery (Carrefour) in walking distance. This is also ideal to those who will be going to the Yas parks as it's just a few mins drive away

The room was definitely on the cold side even with the air on off! There were no hangers & a cloth for cleaning would have been useful. Purely constructive criticism, the room was perfect for our needs as we were 3 adults. it would not have been comfortable to sleep 2 on the sofa bed.

Clean & spacious, it was great for 3 guests. Location was perfect for Yas Marina, Yas Beach and other entertainment. The on site supermarket was excellent and pharmacy was very useful. The swimming pools & gym were very accessible & well maintained.

However, communication with the host could be improved. We arrived at 3:20 PM (check-in was at 3:00 PM), but the apartment wasn’t ready. The cleaning had just started as the previous guests had only left recently. We were not informed in advance that the apartment wouldn’t be ready on time, and the host seemed surprised when we mentioned it. It took about 30 minutes for the host to check on the situation, and his response was that the situation was "already handled" since the cleaning was underway. Anyway, we were able to check in at 4:30 PM, about 1.5 hours later than the scheduled check-in time. In return, we requested a late check-out, which was granted until 1:00 PM on our departure day. Additionally, we asked the cleaning staff for a couch sheet, but she couldn’t find one. She promised to bring it in an hour, but it never arrived. We asked the host again, and he suggested we check the wardrobe (which we had already done upon arrival). We decided not to pursue this further, as we wanted to enjoy our short stay and focus on the attractions rather than dealing with household issues.

The apartment itself was great. It’s in an excellent location for Yas Island activities like Sea World and Yas Mall. The apartment was spacious, with one bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen area. The balcony was also large, with seating furniture. The kitchen was well-equipped with many items you might need for cooking. The linens and towels were good quality, and the bed and couch were comfortable for sleeping. There’s a Carrefour in the community, which is convenient for grocery shopping. There is also a swimming pool for residents nearby, with temperature control.

parking. instructions was unclear. Reception building & security guard are not aware of visitor parking area. They informed us that if we park in parkings own by someone, police will be called right away by owners for complain?! 😳
