The guest service agent Mohammed at the front desk really needs to work on his customer experience skills. Zero common sense and empathy skills. No efforts to even make eye contact to welcome a guest who was standing for a good 10min. Thanks to the reception manager who supported us while checking in and resolving the issue. The balcony was full of dust and bird poop. Haven't been clean in a while. Room carpets full of stains and the AC in the living space stinks. Cleaning needs to be checked, and the rooms really need upgrading of interior.

The hotel bathroom is in dire need of refurbishment. Some of the bathroom fittings were rusty as well. Also there was a ?restaurant manager? (Not sure who he was) who was rude to us during breakfast and asked us to finish our meal and leave because there were others waiting to be seated, even though one of us were still not done eating. Understandably it was a busy day because of the holidays, but that did not give him the right to demand us to leave, especially since some of us weren't done. If a bigger crowd was anticipated, measures shouls have been taken accordingly.

Really liked the hotel. The staff was friendly and amicable. Special shout out to Faye at the reception who really went out of the way to sort out a glitch in our reservation. Shehan in F&B was also very friendly. The food served at dinner was delicious! Kudos to the chefs.

Very cozy stay, clean hotel with spacious rooms and all facilities available. Breakfast and swimming pools were very good. Staff are welcoming and great attention to details with disturbing your stay. Special thanks to Maysa at the reception for her assistance and support during our stay. Will definitely come back again.

The pillow was too big and heavy, we couldn’t sleep well because of it

The place was too quiet and perfect for relaxation, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. As well as the location was very good for having getaway.

This was my 5th stay in Danat and just like before I was very much satisfied. I even requeted a birthday cake and they have granted it without a question. I will definitely come back again.

Unfortunately when we stayed they had had the worst storms in 75 years. This meant that the swimming pools were out of action as well as the fitness centre and the grounds.

The parking area a little bit far from the hotel entrance and no valet parking, the room cards and door reader were bad and we had to replace them 3 times and wasted long time and even after replacing sometime the reader don’t open the door, the last thing the Arabian lady on reception was a little bit rude and when we ask for a help she asked about the nationality she refused after knowing where we from she refused which left us with a feeling of racism.

The location was easy to reach and near to most of landmarks, the room was clean and neat and smell’s good , we took breakfast with the room and it was delicious, tasty and fresh. All the facilities were available and timings were suitable.

Finding out after booking that that the Olympic pool is under construction. Checking in was chaotic Bath tub and fixtures need an upgrade.

We always have to change the key card because it is not working. Water was leaking from the bath tub even the curtain is inside the tub, which makes the bath room floor very wet.

Only one pool was available asn it was too much crowded so couldnt enjoy the swimming pool facility. Breakfast and Dinner was good and value for money.

Not much space to walk around in the property.. we went outside for walks.

Excellent food (dinner and breakfast) - good choice of menu and items, taste was also really good. Highly recommend for dinners & breakfast. Large family pool is operational.
