We had electrical issues at our two villas. The kettle sparked and the TV and phones went out. However, staff members were quick in their response and the issue was fixed momentarily and in a professional manner.

Location was amazing, loved the natural look to the resort. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and Chef greeted us at the table and was very hospitable. My kids loved the tour to the resort as well as seeing two goats roaming the mountains at plain sight.

Literally everything, the peace and quiet,our driver came late to pick us but they gave us more time to check, that was so lovely ,very peaceful staff 😊 For anyone looking for peace and a quiet place to reset, this is the exact place you are looking for, Will definitely visit again ☺️

The room doors what I didn’t like, the google maps showed the location of the hotel next to the beach on the seaside, but actually 5 minutes driving distance to the seaside.

They are very friendly and always ready to help if needed.

The resort is nicely blended with the mountain slopes and all the staff we encountered were warm and helpful. I think maybe that’s why we felt our 3 nights there was an amazing getaway from Dubai.

The only issue we had was the AC in the studio room we had. It made a loud clicking sound every 10-15 minutes and kept us awake most of the night.

It was a beautiful resort, almost majestic with amazing views of the mountain. Staff were lovely and hospitable. It was a very peaceful, serene environment.

If you can have a temperature control on private Jacuzzi during winter, that would be great and highly appreciated. Overall, the idea of having this is good. But during winter, the water can get really cold! And TVs don't have Netflix :(

The location, amenities, food and staffs are great. Overall, my wife and I had a very welcoming and positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

went for hiking the mountains, but it was little dangerous. some warning signs should be placed. also some marking with flags should be placed to know the exit way
