Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The wifi keeps disconnecting because of the switch in the electricity box, so every few hours you have to go and flip the switch. The kettle doesn't work so it makes the simplest things like making a coffee or instant noodles long and tedious. Shower water is kind of cold and I dreaded showering. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from what trending sound is playing in the background of the tiktok video they are watching in the next room. I was expecting the partitions to be gender segregated but it wasn't so that made me uncomfortable. The location is very nice but this building is quite grotty and you have a lot of creepy men who stare at you and make you uncomfortable in the elevators with you and hanging around the building.
I found the staff at the facility very friendly and helpful! If there is any issues, they will try to keep the customers happiness and satisfaction at the forefront of their job! The desirable and central location and nearby metro was a real factor for me booking this partition! No pest issues and place is kept very nice and tidy! Also great fir making friends and socialising!

Very small room, even u can't stand inside. No clean. Very worst don't go there. And also I book in agoda, after booking owner told it's occupied already, my money will be refund, so night 11 pm where I will go it was worst experience. Do not book here.

Very good personal. Abdoul the housekeeping is very helpful to us. It’s very good and nice man. Thank you very much Abdoul. It’s very good location near Metro ( about 5-7 minutes walk). Many shops near, good park and many cafe.

The property is very dirty, no aircon, un safe no main door lock. Then we canceled the remaining stay because of the property. Our payment for remaining days did not refund.

When I arrived - nothing seems to be as in picture. Dirty, smelly room- with no bed sheets… kitchen and corridors full of garbages… I decided to leave immediately

When i went to check in on the first day. The property owner told me that it was full and that he would transfer me. Where i was transfered was really bad and smelling soo i asked for another one. Soo he transfered me to another place wich was a bit better. He alsp told me that the building that i had booked earlier does not allow african and that he would loose his apartment if he put me there.

The bed was a rock, the bathroom really dirty, all the billing was stinky and the people was not the best. The location is not the best but is not the worst either, a bit confusing if you want to order taxi.

Bathroom super dirty, no toilet paper or towels. The building was not feeling comfortable location for female travelers, I felt a bit uncomfortable. I thought it was more hotel / hostel like but it’s really just a room in a dirty apartment.

Very good location, just 5 minutes walk from Metro Dubai Internet City and 45 minutes walk from Dubai Marina. Clean, tidy and comfortable. A had a small room with balcony. Good value for money!!!
