It's value for money. Clean and comfortable stay. Variety of Breakfast items. Could improve the food temperature, not hot food. Coffee and tea was just warm . Other than this, everything else was good.

One of the staff at the reception was bad! The hotel shall inform the guest if there is a rate change while the guest ask to extend his stay. I was forced to pay extra money whith out prior notice. The receptionist didn't admit the mistake but keep arguing.

I expected that all rooms have a bathtub, i guess in future i will have to put it on my requirements before i book.

I love the rooms comfortable bed. Also was good to notice you are going green with the refill bathroom essentials. The breakfast we great...loved the egg live station and pancakes. Also love the Chai Masala its what did it for me -thank you.

Maybe the location, but we had a car.

Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Clean and modern. Shower was a bit complicated. Not possible to shower without flooding the bathroom, but was manageable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We signed up for the cooking class for our kids, which they enjoyed. But it was a bit annoying as we were asked for payment every 10 minutes. We tried the Streatz restaurant, which was quite good. Big portions and reasonably priced. Overall very happy with our stay and would consider to come back. Free parking also helped.

Some of the Staff (not all) seems cold and not eager to help since I was expecting it from a branded hotel.

Hotel is nice and bed is quite comfortable. Had a good view especially stayed in new years eve.

The room that we stayed in feel not sound-proof enough and throughout the night you can hear the noise from the adjacent room. Even the people walking along the corridor can be heard.

Location is great as it's in the center of Fujairah town and accessible to various shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel looks modern and stylish. The customer service is top-notch as well!

Temperature control was hard to manage. We felt the mattress and pillows need to be more firm. A few more English language news stations would be appreciated.

Parking was very convenient. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The room was very clean. We went to their lounge Streat Culture. Our waiter Collins was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated his recommendations.

The washroom sink stopper was stuck and we had to wait long time for maintenance, also a light wasn’t working and it could not be fixed.

The receptiom told me the breakfast is 60AED. But then they charged me 75AED. The breakfast quality was poor. It might be subjective but I wouldn't recommend it.

The play room facility for kids was poor. They need to upgrade the entertainment facilities.

Everything other than that was pretty good. The rooms were comfy, staff were helpful, breakfast was good. They offered us free cookies and coffee. The double room and superior room were a little smaller in size tho.

I had booked a couples room and told them it was my husband's birthday but was given a connecting room with not much of a view. There were no face towels so we had to request from house keeping.

I loved the warm reception we received when we got there. Hidsa at check-in was a darling. The process was seamless and quick and we also got to try the hilton cookie which was just delectable. Sherman at check out was also super quick and professional. All the staff are well trained and warm you can tell that from interactions.Thank you also for the cake to celebrate my husbands birthday. it was amazing!
