The hotel is new in Fujairah. Very clean. The staff at the front disk were very helpful, Polite, friendly and smiling. The room size is reasonable and clean. Wifi is good. Breakfast was very good and staff there were helpful. Parking available. Mr. Ali ,the reception lady , and parking staff were very helpful . Recommended to stay and relax.

United Arab EmiratesThe Iftar and the Dinner buffet was way below our expectations. For a beautiful hotel in the middle of Fujairah city, we expected a better spread when it came to the Dinner buffet. It was charged at AED 99/head but the food, variety and taste was not upto the mark at all. We were really very very disappointed.
The location was right in the middle of the city with easy access to Lulu Mall, Fujairah mall and the Shk Zayed Grand Mosque. The hotel was super clean and smelt so beautiful. Every room or area that you access was smelling divine. Asma at the check-in was super friendly and helpful. My son had the biggest smile on his face when they gave him a balloon and some sweet treats. They also informed us of the face painting happening at the kids club. Warm cookies at check-in is a wonderful touch at every Double Tree by Hilton. The breakfast spread was really good and yum. They even Karak Chai which is usually a rarity in such hotels. Housekeeping were quick and efficient as well. The beds were comfortable and the natural light in the room made the stay even more pleasurable. The pool is small but good enough with very few sun beds which need to be booked in advance. The steam and sauna area was really good too. The property is fairly new and hence the facilities were all well taken care of. Special mention to Amrit who greeted us with so much warmth and Chef Saurav who made the best omelettes for us.

PhilippinesQuite disappointed without the bath tub, I booked a room with a bath tub but when we went inside the room, only shower was there. We called the reception but they apologized and said it’s not available.
The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great. I really enjoyed the sauna and steam, felt so refreshed. Staff were friendly especially Shekar the front office valet.
