The room wasn’t in great condition. The paint was peeling, the fridge was leaking and there was no bath mat or hand towel in the bathroom.

The host was very helpful and accommodating. Location was great and the bed was comfortable

The rug was very dirty, needed a deep clean needed to be dusted and get rid of the food smell that they’ve got going through the flat and the corridors, I think the whole floor is link that

The room was too small and the furnitures a bit old. The shower in the bathroom needs replacement,as there are broken parts. It was tidy,but the room definitely has to be refreshed.

It had a great location and the nice view from the terrace,although you can’t see directly the Dubai Marina as shown on the Booking photos. The host was very helpful,the cleaning staff too.

Hello, it’s the first time I give a very bad review! This place was nothing like the pictures. It smelled horrible and it was dirty. We couldn’t even stay there so we had to find another place to stay on such a short time which cost us a looot of money. We lost a lot of money because of this place, and the worst part was that the property didn’t even care about this situation and we couldn’t get to an understanding! I’m gonna attach some photos that are not posted on booking, so you won’t be as surprised as we were!

Not clean ,very bad and old apartment, noise from other doors like broken. Host charged me cleaning fee for what? Apartment was all the time with opened unlock door so anyone can enter, building entrance anyone can enter also and go up, no need to register ,didn’t feel safe to stay at all.

This is a 3 bedroom flat, and one of them was the room for rent. It was just disappointing as I was expecting that I will enjoy my quiet time but there were other people in the flat. I was expecting it was a one bedroom or studio flat. I didn't end up staying there as my husband said it might not be safe for me and would be uncomfortable as well. The ad should've stated that the flat is shared. I'm not Muslim but I'm a woman and would prefer privacy. I lived in Dubai for 9 years and I didn't know they offer this kind of flats to tourists.
